An incredibly charming, rustic, simple and comfortable small cottage, in a gorgeous rural setting. Just as advertised. It was perfect. Right across the road is Tivoli Bays, with beautiful trails for walking and hiking, and a small waterfall too. If you like, it's just a short walk to Broadway, the main strip in the village of Tivoli. You'll find a few restaurant options, a small market, sandwich shop, excellent coffee, and homemade ice cream. I met Yuko who couldn't be nicer and was a pleasure to chat with. A great experience all around - highly recommend booking a stay!

We absolutely loved Maple Hill Farms. It's a wonderful place and a perfect choice for a trip to the Berkshires if you're an animal lover. The best part of our weekend was bonding with Philip's sweet and friendly donkeys! The studio is well laid out with everything you need, the farm is beautiful and peaceful (except for the roosters, haha!), and the location is great for visiting local sights like Mass MoCA and The Mount. We hope to be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in upstate NY. The place was spotless and exactly as shown in the photos. It was comfortable, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

Renee and Andrew’s Tiny house was perfect for my weekend stay at the Catskills. I was attending a wedding where most of the guests were staying at the Catskills Season Inn and this was conveniently located around the corner. The space was clean and had everything I needed. My cousin visited the stream across the street and said that was lovely. They were both very communicative and helpful with any questions. Would recommend!

Thomas was an exceptional host and was very attentive. The actual cabin itself was so cozy it made it hard to want to go outside (luckily it was rainy most of the weekend). Lake George was a short 5 minute drive and walkable distance to get to, the surrounding woods and trial were extremely beautiful and quiet. The home was exactly as described and also had genius labeling on appliances concisely explaining how to use them. The kitchen was great, we cooked every meal and were so relaxed, the bed was great too everything was 10/10 would definitely go back and recommend!

Great cozy cabin in a perfect spot for Catskills exploration. Super close to places to eat in Phoenicia and surrounding area. Easy to find just off a main road but far enough away to be quiet. Very pleased, would book again.

We had a wonderful weekend at Camp Stardust! It is a beautiful spot and a lovely, cozy home. I highly recommend hiking to Fawn Lake (gorgeous swimming spot) and to the waterfalls on Goldmine Stream off the Powley-Piseco road.

We had a wonderful time at Tina’s place! Surrounded by woods, but somewhat close to the downtown area (super cute too!), the cabin had all we needed, and is also very cozy, neat, comfortable. Excellent bed and pillows, perfectly AC’d, with a fully stocked kitchen. We are happy, and our pups were THRILLED! Huge thanks to the host.

This cozy cottage on a stream was as peaceful and quiet as it gets. Sophie was a terrific host who responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Mark’s & Lori’s tiny house was perfect base to show my parents around the Catskills. I was very impressed by the attention to detail in the house - I noticed great little touches like a torch, headlamps, and insect repellant. They even had a little stationary draw in the kitchen. I personally loved the fresh coffee beans available for use by guests. The house is located a short 10 min drive from Woodstock village if you want to grab groceries or eat out. It’s worth nothing that while the bedrooms aren’t full height, my 70 and 75 year old parents were able to navigate the stairs and low ceiling just fine. I can’t wait to go back to Mark & Lori’s tiny but perfect house! ❤️

We absolutely loved staying in this perfect cabin. It was so beautiful, smelled of cedar(!), and felt secluded and peaceful at the top of the hill. We spent a dreamy evening out in the backyard with a fire going, and an even dreamier night curled up on the couch with a record on when it started pouring rain! Everything was super clean and well-equipped. We had a small issue one morning when the toilet wasn’t flushing, but Lenny was super responsive and kind and had it fixed while we were out. We loved it here. Would stay again if we find ourselves back in the area!

This house was absolutely exactly everything we were looking for. While the footprint may be small, every amenity you could possibly think of was included. In addition, Pat, Kelley and team were wonderful hosts. They were very communicative and answered all of our questions within minutes. I would hesitate consider another stay at their house should our travels bring us back to the Catskills area.

The owners and all of their friends and family who helped them build this amazing place deserve a fantastic review, although admittedly, I wish I could keep it secret! The place is phenomenal. My daughter and I came to horse show at HITS and just had the most amazing stay. We cannot wait to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cabin Noir. The cabin was much bigger than expected but perfect for 2. The location was peaceful and the privacy was great. The rooftop seating was a cute addition to enjoy your morning coffee and nature. The host was very responsive, offering many suggestions about the area from hiking trails, shops, and eateries. We used their recommendations as a guide that afforded us the opportunity to see so much in short amount of time. We would stay here again.

Honestly, I was very nervous when we started the short but steep hike to the treehouse. I thought, I’ve made a mistake. By the time we got there and I got my wits about me, I had the most magical stay. The pictures don’t do justice to how amazing the treehouse, loft and artist’s space are. We stayed out pretty late by the firepit enjoying the glow of the house from outside. With tons of cds to choose from we listened to music until we fell asleep. Early morning coffee with a morning fire was a treat too. The outhouse is clean and even pleasant (not your great grandma’s outhouse!). Like others, I would have been more than happy to have more time there. The treehouse is an architectural wonder, a bucket list “must see” and, all around, the thing that kids’ crazy dreams are made of. If you can make the hike — and it is a hike — I recommend this gem. I’ll never forget it.

I would highly recommend any of Jon's cabins! Located just a few miles out of town. I was able to obtain that country life while being very close to amenities and Lake George! It was a very clean space and had everything we needed for a lengthy stay! Jon was also very quick to respond. Hoping to book again in the near future!

This was by far, the best Airbnb that we’ve stayed at. It was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, clean and so comfy. Angela and John are amazing hosts, very responsive and so helpful. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you both for making this an amazing and unforgettable getaway for us!

Erin’s place was absolutely lovely! We really enjoyed the location - so peaceful and conveniently close to Art Omi. The cabin was beautifully maintained, and we especially loved the interior design, which felt both stylish and cozy. We stayed for two nights but honestly wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

This place was definitely remote. Gorgeous surroundings but recommend you get there in daylight! Great hiking near by. Eclectic collection of LP’s were lots of fun! Really nice kitchen set up to cook all your meals if need be including a gas grill. Hosts were very responsive. Would recommend.

If you’re an artist looking for an inspiring and quaint place filled with kitsch and charm this place is perfect!

We only stayed one night for a quick trip in the area, but the caboose was super cute and clean as advertised. The grounds were well maintained and the fire pit was really nice - wood provided! There is ample seating outside - whether on the cute porch or in yard with picnic table. The area was private with a beautiful view of the river and mountains. The host provided easy instructions for access and was very responsive throughout. The location is really close to the train and highway so you will hear some of that at night, but with white noise it’s not too disruptive. Just an FYI. Overall fun place! Would recommend. Also, Parkside Drive In has great ice cream and we really enjoyed breakfast at Bridge St. Diner.

We spent two nights here, and the best word to describe it is magical. The setting is spectacular; if you did nothing but watch the light and landscape, you would have a wonderful time. Bev is an amazing host. She has put a lot of love into the cottage and gardens, and you can feel the good energy all around you. We just loved our time there, and we hope to return. What a beautiful, serene oasis!
