The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Cheerful Catskill Village Cottage

Bright and airy Catskill village refuge - a wildflower and wildlife haven in the thick of things. Historic house set on a quarter acre of trees and wildflowers, but blocks from Main Street, Catskill. Walk to Foreland, The Lumberyard, the incredible village cemetery, Thomas Cole House, restaurants and shops. Olana State Historic Site is right across the bridge! Cottage has a full kitchen, clawfoot tub, penny tile shower, front porch, dining room and large living room. Truly peaceful and lovely.

The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Guests love the outdoor sauna, Sunday to Wednesday private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. Close by hiking trails abound as well, with the famous Overlook Mountain under 5 miles away.
