Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Capital Department

The listing was large and beautiful, only regret was not being able to stay in the summer months when the pool is swimmable. Perfectly accommodated a large group, and host was super helpful and communicative in suggesting activities to do. Check in/check out was in person with the host, so be sure to communicate arrival and departure times (although they were quite flexible).

Incredible location, apartment and all around stay! Betty was extremely helpful and communicative. We hugely appreciated the generosity with check in / out because of early bus arrivals / late departures. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Super séjour dans cet appartement spacieux, propre et bien équipé ! Il correspond totalement à la description, c’est un endroit très tranquille et super bien localisé. Claudia a été géniale, proactive, sympathique et pleins de conseils. Je reviendrai ! Les vélos à disposition c’est un gros + !!! Merci encore !

Casa espectacular, fuimos con expectativas y la realidad la supero con creces. Todas las comodidades para estar en familia, muy completa la casa, pileta ideal para calmar el calor de la ciudad, parrilla un 10, para usar todos los días. Martin super atento a darnos recomendaciones de la zona y para arreglar cualquier detalle de la casa. Zona super tranqui, con cochera y si no cerca de zona para usar transporte publico. Muy recomendable por la casa y la predisposición de Martin.

This house is a great find! the location is perfect, very close to the main street with all the restaurants and bars, but at the same time there is a long walkway leading to the house itself, so it's located a little bit inside the neighborhood, and you don't hear absolutely any street noises. It's quiet and private and just 3 minute walk from the main street! Haydee's house us beautifully designed. Very tasteful interior and stylish furniture, nice accents, and a very cozy fireplace. We spent our evenings sitting by the fire with a glass of wine after going out! The place had everything we needed and it was very clean. The host was super responsive, and her daughters were over to greet us. They even left a bottle of wine for us as a welcome gift. We are very thankful for your help, and attention and kindness. you could feel the hospitality and warmth. Highly recommend!

Ubicación ideal, 8 min de los grandes restaurantes del centro, fácil acceso, departamento con todas las comodidades y facilidad de comunicación con el personal del edificio y con la anfitriona

The location and space is exactly like the pictures and description. The apartment is bright and airy and the patio is amazing in the evening. Boris was always very responsive to questions and was fun to get to know. He and his family live downstairs and are available for any questions or ideas. I would highly recommend and we look forward to a return visit someday.

Todo impecable, Augusto nos indicó cómo ingresar, todo muy sencillo y sin complicaciones. El depto es tal cual las fotos, la vista hacia la cordillera es hermosa. En la esquina hay una cafetería excelente. Lo recomiendo

El departamento es divino, muy comodo y funcional. La vista es abierta y panoramica a la ciudad, el amanecer es hermoso y de noche se ven todas las lucecitas. A pocos metros hay un complejo con restaurantes, cafes y minimercado. 100% recomendable, volveremos..!!!

We had a lovely week staying with Marcela and Werner in their separate upstairs apartment. It was very well located, easy to get to the centre and to Aristides restaurants and shops. Marcela makes every effort to be helpful and it is very handy to have Werner’s English skills as well as practical assistance. The apartment is above their house and very private, safe and secure. The apartment has very comfortable beds and a practical kitchen including washing machine and clothes racks for drying in the sun. The bathroom works well with a level entry shower, safer than one over a bath. The decor is homely rather than chic but works well for a very comfortable stay. Marcela goes out of her way to be of assistance and is helped by Justina who is lovely and speaks good English. The street is quiet and it was easy to get Uber drivers around town and Marcela helped us find a great driver to take us to the Uco valley sightseeing. Mendoza is a beautiful leafy and elegant city. We loved it!

La es casa es bastante comoda y bonita, la anfitriona es muy amable y coordial, la ubicación es excelente queda todo cerca caminando, toda la estadia fue muy placentera, volveria 100% y lo recomendaria a ojos cerrados!

La estadía en lo de Andrea fué perfecta, el lugar 100% acorde a la descripción/imagenes, baño y cocina más que preparados para que no sea necesario comprar nada. Nosotros vinimos a trabajar unos días y el internet anduvo perfecto para que no tengamos ningún inconveniente. Además fué muy buena onda compartiendo actividades para hacer en la ciudad durante nuestra estadía. PD: No se pierdan la oportunidad de saludar a sus gatos Olga y Mauricio que son muy cariñosos 💖

Hermoso y cómodo departamento. La atención fue muy buena, destacó la parrilla, baño impecable y buenas comodidades. Volvería sin dudarlo!

Realmente el departamento es hermoso, nivel premium y con una vista increíble. Santiago estuvo siempre atento a cualquier consulta y e incluso nos preparó el departamento para ingresar antes del horario de check in. Una pena que justo no funcionaba el jacuzzi pero los amenities del edificio son geniales. Ojalá podamos volver.

Espacio amplio y con una excelente localización. El departamento representa muy bien las fotos. Muy limpio y organizado. Para los dias fríos hay ar condicionado caliente que ayuda mucho. La ducha es muy buena también. Recomiendo!

Pasamos el finde semana y estuvo todo muy bien! Buena ubicación para ir caminando al centro, la casa super cómoda y bien equipada. Caro fue super atenta y estuvo disponible cuando la necesitamos. Éramos un grupo de 4 amigos y super recomendamos este Airbnb :)

Excelente, reserve el mismo día porque tuve problemas en otro alojamiento y ella enseguida me respondió y pude pasar una noche calentita y tranquila con muchas comodidades, es una casa preciosa con excelente ubicación.
