Excellent host, the house was in accordance with the characteristics of the publication, tidy and quite safe, the area is nice and quiet, it is very close to the street where there were quite a few restaurants and areas to dance and share.

Everything was excellent, every person I invited told me that the house was a luxury, it is huge, clean, with everything you need to enjoy and have an amazing time, the host responds very quickly and is super friendly, we had an amazing time and also many asked me for the contact to rent the house again!

Ramiro and his family are excellent hosts, who are attentive to any need. They are also friendly and are always well predisposed to any eventuality. The airbnb itself is amazing and even better than what you can see in the photos. The location is perfect to be able to walk everywhere and not need a car. We would love to stay there again.

With my friends, we had a fantastic stay at Martín's house! The space was clean, cosy, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The parilla and patio also were nice touches and it made it feel extra welcoming. Highly recommend it for a hassle-free, relaxing stay in Mendoza!

The house is amazing. Beautiful as seen in the photos, with all the amenities and services you could ask for and more. Gastón, Jimena and Andrés were very attentive and helpful at all times. The area is super quiet and with very nice landscapes, but it is also close to downtown and easy to get to even by public transport. 100% recommended!!

The house is very spacious and comfortable for several people, it is very useful to have two bathrooms inside the main house and the garden space is very well maintained, ideal for hanging out, having a barbecue and listening to music. As for the location, it is very practical since it is a couple of blocks from the beginning of Aristides.

The home is absolutely beautiful, smelled clean as soon as you walk in the front door, appliances and furniture are all pristine. Marco and Marcelo are the best host, very responsive and so incredibly kind. Best experience ever!

We had a nice long stay here. The host's parents live next door and are lovely people. The space had lots of room and it was great to have access to the rooftop grill as well. It was very cold during our stay, but warm enough inside with multiple space heaters and an AC unit. There were kitchen utensils missing but the hosts replaced them on request. They offered us cleaning (we did our own) and changes for the towels and sheets. The washing machine listed in the space was not working so they took care of that for us as well. The main negative with our stay was with noise. The street is near an intersection with a street that can be quite noisy in the main room. Luckily you can't hear it from the bedroom, but sometimes you can feel it! Also, the AC unit for the space next door (same hosts) can be heard clearly in the main bedroom. We made a point of asking about noise before booking and were told it was non-existent — maybe out of the host's control, but disappointing to not say so.

The location is excellent, the house is nice and very comfortable, just as shown in the photos, everything is close and easy to take any type of transport, an extraordinary location, I recommend it

The house is very comfortable and cozy, the host is friendly and the co-host gave clear instructions on where everything was. The house had the basics for the arrival, which is appreciated.

Soledad was very kind, always available in case there were any questions. There were small details that made it comfortable, for example the bidet that did not work at all well and she explained that the previous tenant broke it. Then, but not least, the apartment is located inside a passageway and it seems that the neighbors have closed it with a gate, which Sole gave us the keys to enter and that made it safer. Regarding parking, it is inside the passage in a demarcated area, each owner has their place, this one for example is at the entrance of the passage. One day someone took the place marked in white and I parked behind the person who took it, and a neighbor came out to yell at me (I think she has a mental problem just like her daughter) telling me that she would call the municipality because you couldn't park there! But beyond that, the place is very good, very good location, clean above all, Sole is very friendly and helpful!

Simply spectacular! We were in a group of 4 couples and we were all extremely satisfied with the experience. The location of the property is excellent, close to everything we needed, in a safe, quiet and easily accessible area. The house is better than the listing: spacious, very comfortable, well-equipped and with all the environments carefully prepared to provide a pleasant and welcoming stay. Every detail reflects exactly what was promised, which gave us the service of the support team, which was simply impeccable. They were available at any time of the day or night, always with quick, attentive and efficient responses. We felt truly welcomed and supported at all times. Without a doubt, this stay exceeded our expectations and made our trip even more special. We recommend it without a doubt and will certainly return on a future occasion. We had a great time in Mendoza, the house is very well equipped and has an excellent location, a few blocks from Plaza Independencia (the heart of Mendoza) and a few meters from great restaurants, ice cream parlors, confectioneries, etc. We were very pleased with Augusto's reception, which made us feel right at home and gave us tips about the region, always ready to help with any setbacks, which wasn't even necessary. The house gives you tranquility and silence, and at the same time is very close to the main attractions of downtown Mendoza. Comfortable rooms, full kitchen, clean bathrooms and even a backyard to relax in. I strongly recommend and hope to return.
