It is located in the center of the village of Capestang, close to all amenities (tobacconist, bakery, grocery store, bar, restaurant, supermarket, and the Wednesday and Sunday market in Place Jean Jaurès). The Canal du Midi is a 5-minute walk away. By car, you are 20 minutes from Narbonne, Beziers and the Mediterranean Sea.
