La Potentille - the room

An old sheepfold that we renovated for two in the heart of the village of Lieuran Cabrieres. Close to the bell tower and the only carillon in the region, LA POTENTILLE offers a nice view of the Bois de Pins, a green setting that makes our small town charming. Our two fully created bed and breakfast rooms have been set up to keep the authenticity. Both lovers of the old, we did everything to keep the character of this building and its history

My house is in the center of a village near the RN113, the interior is simple but welcoming, a medium-sized town Lézignan-Corbières is nearby, I live on site, 1 bedroom has a double bed of 1m40, the 2nd on the same floor 1 bed of 0m90 and the 3rd on the 2nd floor with 2 beds of 0m90, 1 folding baby bed is available, very suitable for 1 family with 3 children. I would like to point out that this is not a gîte, it is a bed and breakfast rental.

Room in a separate building that served as a stable for the winemakers. Quiet guaranteed and all on the ground floor. The patio is very pleasant in summer and overlooks a cul-de-sac. A meal under the blue sun? Even a kitchen is at your disposal. WiFi workspace. In summer, I prepare breakfast on our large terrace full of plants and flowers. Including bread, croissants, jam and even charcuterie for those who like it.

Sandrine and Florent await you in their peaceful home located a 15-minute walk from VALRAS beach. Currently only one of the 2 bedrooms upstairs is offered for rent. It has a private bathroom. Access to the garden and pool is free during accessibility hours. The touch of exoticism associated with the Mediterranean climate will allow you to fully enjoy your stay.
