We prepare the space so that our guests feel at home, especially those who are in Sorocaba for work or tourism. Guests will have every comfort, with safety and privacy. The house has basic items such as: refrigerator, microwave, stove (without oven), pots, cutlery, bedding, Wi-Fi. The house is in the back of mine, so it's a family atmosphere. The location is quiet. *The TV only works with mirroring via cell phone *We do not have a garage * Visitors and animals are forbidden. *I do not recommend the stay for adults and young children because of the stairs that make it difficult to move around the environment.

It is in a quiet neighborhood. The house is in the back, the main gate is shared with another studio apartment. It holds well up to 2 guests to sleep on the underside, if necessary you can use the top of the mezzanine too. Betel is 22 km. On the day of the stay, I or a guardian will hand over the key.

Villa Silvestri Pituã Space.

Our space is reserved exclusively for guests. It is a semi-detached house with a suite that accommodates two adults, with a refrigerator, gas stove, and a charcoal barbecue by the pool. The pool area is also exclusive to guests, with chairs and a table so they can enjoy and relax.
