‘Off Broadway' studio is a modern & well appointed one-bedroom studio. A private deck to soak up the sun, then retreat to a spacious studio inclusive of reading nook, fridge, TV (with Netflix) & free Wi-Fi. The studio includes a bathroom with a luxurious rain shower & boutique Ena body/hair products for your personal use. The studio located in our garden includes your own private entrance & off-street car parking. Premium locally made muesli is provided along with T2 tea and Lavazza coffee.

Being very close to the main road, you’ll enjoy easy access to reach Rye and other neighbouring beach towns. The front beach is one of the best beaches for families and kids. Linens & towels are provided. Nespresso delonghi coffee machine available but pods not provided. It takes the original Nespresso pod or alike. Bookings are for guests over 25yrs old only.
