This is already our fourth time staying in Rigby's beautiful house. It is wonderfully located on the golf course, offering a peaceful atmosphere. It's a great starting point for many activities. Rigby and Jean-André are always easily reachable. We are looking forward to our next visit!

We had a wonderful stay at De Vrede - as a plantswoman myself, the garden must've been my favourite part of the whole property. Expansive, wild and prescribed a slower temporal pace I found incredibly fruitful. The cottage itself was delightful too, where we spent most of the chilly evenings by the fireplace. Highly recommend and would most definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay. The house is beautiful with spectacular views of the mountains and vineyard. Owen the manager was extremely helpful and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay at Kune Karoo. Really cosy house with beautiful views from the deck upstairs over Barrydale. The fireplace is great for those cold winter nights!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful, well equipped and tastefully decorated. High quality and well appointed kitchen. Gorgeous outside area for dining, and a little plunge pool for hot days. The town is walkable and full of great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this house for a wonderful Franshhoek holiday.

I had an absolutely wonderful time during my stay! The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding wineries and mountain while being conveniently close to town. It was the ideal setting for exploring the local attractions and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The house itself was immaculate and incredibly well-maintained, reflecting a high standard of care and attention to detail. It was not only clean but also inviting, making it feel like a true home away from home. Communication with Ann was exceptional. She was quick to respond and went out of her way to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. Her warm hospitality truly enhanced our experience, making it all the more enjoyable. Overall, it was a memorable getaway, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind and soak in the beauty of the area!

Stayed at tranquility villa with family on a short trip to Franschhoek. Was absolutely spot on. We couldn’t have asked for any more. The house, garden and pool were all great! House was clean and tidy with everything we needed (even with 2 young children) Karen was so helpful and flexible making our trip here even better. We have already agreed we will be booking again next time we visit!

Had a lovely stay in the cottage. You are really out in the middle of nowhere, it is quite peaceful and quiet. Beautiful views around and the stars at night were spectacular. The included game drive was great! We saw giraffes, springbok, wildebeast and some antelope on the drive. We also saw zebras while driving on our way out. The bathtub was massive. Nice towels and robes as well. We used the pizza oven and braai and enjoyed the semi catered package. Note - there were a fair amount of flies in and around the cottage and they were quite annoying but bugs were expected with the remote location. I recommend taking a SUV vs a car when driving there.

Absolute gem! Was so nice to spend some time disconnected from the busy world. Check-in was a breeze, with clear directions on how to get to the cabin. The cabin was clean, kitchen had everything we needed and we pre-ordered a few bags of wood which were already there once we arrived. Dan was super responsive and helpful with all our queries - we’ll definitely be back soon.

As per my first visit to Lucky Crane Villas on my birthday in November, this visit was again spectacular. The interior aesthetics of Monika's design, the total comfort, the thoughtfully created functionality in every space, the integration with surrounding nature and the views out the windows, the private garden, and so much more - all this adds up to a truly fabulous experience. Definitely have dinner at the "The Courtyard Bistro and Theater", and breafast at "51", both must-visit destinations in their own right. A wonderfully beautiful and serene home nestled in the countryside and with lovely views over the water below. It looks even better than the pictures if that were possible. The home is very well equipped and we were struck by all the thoughtful touches in terms of what was provided. The walks/trail runs around the home are just lovely with gorgeous views and lovely traditional fynbos. Very much recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time ! The house and its surroundings were exactly like the pictures- even better. The perfect getaway from the bustling city life. Our puppy enjoyed the outdoor space the most. We can’t think of a single negative aspect of this getaway.

Jacob was an excellent host, responding immediately and being available if needed, not that we needed to contact him in regards to anything... Just the knowing assurance that he is there if needed...

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay with complete privacy – just what we needed to unwind. The 4x4 drive to the cabin added a great sense of adventure, and the setting was beautifully tranquil. Although the WiFi wasn’t working during our stay, it gave us the perfect excuse to truly disconnect and enjoy the quiet. We would definitely recommend it as a serene getaway!

We loved Gabrielle’s place. Surrounded by nature, the frogs sang us to sleep. It was lovely sitting outside on the stoop and spacious to be all together. And was also lovely and cosy sitting around the indoor fireplace. Will definitely go back!

Absolute perfection for our weekend getaway! This cottage is the ideal size, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully & tastefully furnished with every amenity you could need. We absolutely loved cozying up by the fire. The beautiful surroundings and views are incredible, and Riebeek-Kasteel itself is an awesome town. We had a wonderful stay at Lindsey’s place in Greyton. The home was stunning, the wood-fired hot tub was a highlight, and the peaceful, secluded setting made it all the more special. Greyton is a charming town, and I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

What a beautiful experience! From the first farmgate we opened, till the last night under the stars next to the fire, it was perfect. Loved the experience with farm animals in the surrounding area. Beautiful, and multiple different hikes on the farm, with varying difficulty. Such a nice house. Looks and feels very expensive and brand new, whilst keeping the local and farm vibe. From LeCreuset cups, 4 different coffee options, to even giving us a little milk box in the fridge upon arrival. 10/10
