The Love Shack- 1 Bedroom Retreat

This cozy, rustic cottage is perfect for settling in, relaxing, fishing, swimming, and reading a book. Yes, you can do all of that simultaneously. Shallow, warm water awaits you at this simple oasis. Relax under the large covered deck on a hanging swing or soak in the sun on the lower deck. Inside there is one bedroom with a double bed with storage under. The kitchen, living room with futon, and dining room are convenient areas. A pint of Knapp's Sapp Shack syrup is provided upon arrival.

The Cottage sits to the back of this beautiful property along with a Farmhouse and CarriageHouse and is located across the street from the St Lawerence River. This home is located in Clayton, NY in The Thousand Islands. It resides on 11 acres bordering The French Creek situated on The St. Lawrence River. One mile to historic downtown Clayton. It is not directly on the River but it is about 1/4 away as the crow flies. It is very close to downtown. About a 5-minute drive or a nice, 20-minute walk. Level 2 EV charger.

Tiny Hideaway - Cozy Waterfront Escape

The tiny hideaway is an adorable tiny camp (might have to duck if you are over 5feet 11 in doorway and bathroom) on Chaumont bay. Year round camp. It’s great for a small family or a get away for a couple. Great private water front to enjoy with a dock. Bring drinking water as it’s on a shore well and is not drinkable. ICE FISHERMAN: I do not suggest accessing the ice in-front of the camp. Most guest access at long pt 1.5 down the road.

Spectacular views are yours from this newly renovated 1 bedroom cottage on Sawmill Bay. Three great local restaurants, shopping, marinas, tennis courts, public beach and boat launch are all within walking distance or a short drive away. Plenty of outdoor space on a private quiet road make this an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. NOTE: Hot tub is CLOSED from January 1 to April 1.
