Consigliato a chi ama l'atmosfera di antico e non cerca i confort di un loft domotico. Sulla terrazza possono esserci uccelli, insetti, gechi. Angolo cactus. Arredato con mobili antichi. The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps.
