Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood plus it is WALKING DISTANCE from everything! It features a roof deck with (by far) the best view in Cape, enough space for six to sleep (two queen beds and two couches), one off street parking spot and a building with secure entry. Plus we just live across the street if you need anything.

This place was way more than enough space for three of us, in fact at the price point it’s a great deal for the size. There is a beautiful waterfall right by the entryway, I kept my bedroom window open all night so I could hear it. Everything was really clean and we were able to use the kitchen to cook breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. They have some older TVs that are CRT based, so if you have an old NES with Duck Hunt bring it!!! Duck Hunt won’t work on new HDTVs. We were on motorcycles so we parked out front. The back parking lot is gravel and there’s a little bit of a rough entryway if you’re on bikes. Laundry room is big and works great. I wish we had more time to spend around the area. It was nice and quiet and very clean.

This is the second time we have stayed at this place and it is the best place in town. We slept very well during the evening and enjoyed the amazing views during the day. Location is ideal and the parking garage guaranteed downtown parking in cape. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful 4 bedroom next to SEMO and Capaha Park

Many amenities not listed: dishwasher, WiFi, ice machine, washer and dryer, central air plua split system (2nd story, okder home, upstairs was warmer until we used the secondary sysytem, private drive, great front and back yarda. Host was very nice and accommodating!

This was the best Airbnb I have stayed at in Cape Girardeau! The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They gave us a tour of the house and told us interesting historical tidbits about the home and property. Everything was very clean and felt like a boutique hotel. I especially loved sitting on the screened-in porch in the mornings.
