Cygnet River Studio

SusanRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Wendy and Mick's place was a really good place to stay. They're a very friendly couple, showed us where the koalas are and where else to look for them. We had everything we needed in the studio. Saw lots of wildlife in the garden. It was convenient for the places we wanted to visit. I would thoroughly recommend this place to stay

Island Dream Escape

DeborahRating, 5 stars1 month ago
A wonderful 6 nights of peace and tranquility at Vivonne Bay. A well equipped home, comfy beds and an excellent location to explore Flinders Chase, Seal Bay and neaby beaches. Unfortunately there was an issue with connectivity so no TV or wifi. Maybe that's not a bad thing! Thank you.

Beach House, Emu Bay Kangaroo Island

LynneRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This is a great getaway destination for couples. Small but perfectly formed. A short bushwalk takes you down onto the beach and you can both hear and see the waves from the deck. The thing that most led us to decide on this property was the opportunity to see the penguins close up. And we did, as they spend their nights in nests around the perimeter of the house. I read earlier reviews which commented on the noise of the penguins overnight but they were only chatty when they were coming and going, so don't let that put you off. The house itself has everything you need and is well maintained. We will be coming back.

Beonne the Bay at Vivonne Bay, Kangaroo Island

JuneRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Totally love the place. It’s really clean with modern facilities. We even had barbecue on one of the nights. Instructions given were clear and easy to follow. The additional wildlife (koala) sightings were a bonus. Highly recommended.
A spacious bedroom features a large bed adorned with white linen and decorative pillows. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide sweeping views of the ocean and coastline, allowing natural light to fill the room. A ceiling fan and minimalist lamp complete the serene atmosphere.

Fides on Kangaroo Beach, ocean frontage

MahiRating, 5 stars4 months ago
Fides was the absolute perfect idyllic stay for our little family, from the house design to how well equipped it was, to the ultra comfortable beds, but most of all the view, nature and wildlife! The private beach and cove, was magical. The kids couldn’t believe it when we even saw dolphins so close to the shore, being escorted by dozens of Kangaroos every time we drove on to the property! Our only regret was probably not spending more time at the house rather than venturing out to do activities around the island. Thank you Leah for the privilege of staying here!

Historical Cape Du Couedic Cottages - Troubridge

KrisRating, 5 stars4 months ago
We were a group of local Kangaroo Islanders visiting one of our favourite locations on the island as we have done for many generations - Jennifer and Elise went out of their way to accommodate us and to make our stay really comfortable and enjoyable - we loved every moment and will return to make it an annual event again - absolutely beautiful accommodation and stunning environment - nature inspirational, returning at it’s best after the fires.

Stowaway KI - 'The Sleepy Hollow'

BelindaRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Our stay at the Sleepy Hollow near Stokes Bay KI was wonderful. We chose the place based on the location as we were spending time with friends who were staying nearby but were pleasantly impressed with the high standard and cleanliness of the accommodation. It is beautifully and tastefullly decorated with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The hot tub was a lovely addition! The location is quite remote and you’d need a car but it’s only a 5 minute drive to gorgeous Stokes Bay. I would recommend a visit and will stay again in the future.
