The little house in the dunes

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Beautiful duplex loft, very bright and ideally located in the village of Carteret. 2 min walk to all amenities: bakery, grocery store, cinema, market etc. Close to the port and beaches. The apartment has been renovated with eco-responsible materials by an architect, fully equipped (sheets and towels provided) and perfectly isolated. Comfort guaranteed in summer and winter! Bedroom with double bed and sofa bed in the living room (quality bedding), large desk available.

Charming house located in a pedestrian hamlet with parking 50 meters away, self check-in with secure key box, you will be a 10-minute walk from the immense beaches of Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey...). Close to the village and shops, 5 minutes by car, you will also have a sports field as well as 2 tennis courts. The GR223 passes at the end of the path, for hikes or walks in a protected site. Perfect location to unwind!

We had a lovely week of May 8 with the family, we were 3 couples and 2 children, the house is very well equipped , it is a clear and spacious house, from the wooden terrace we have a magnificent sea view. Nearby There are restaurants, games for children, the harbor , the beach, and very nice walks to do. The check-in and check-out was simple, the welcome by Claire very cordial.

Sophie is good at giving advice and listening to her visitors. Sophie had prepared for our arrival with multiple attentions, especially for the children. Impeccable, functional, bright and more spacious accommodation than in the photos. Bedding, appliances and sofas are of good quality. We bathed daily from the nearby beaches. Anyway, we had a great time!! Thanks Sophie .

A really great stay, the surroundings are a dream, the accommodation is small but very cozy and the room is very well divided. The small, fenced garden was also great, even with the possibility to grill :) we would come back anytime! You can't have a nicer vacation with a dog. Thanks!

Beautiful walks nearby, plenty to do when you get back, books to browse. The view is extraordinary, the terrace is a little cool with a little north-east wind, but that's okay. In short, enough to have a very nice stay
