House vacation rentals in Cap d'Antibes

Thomas accomodated most of our needs with best of his attentions. I recommend this place, for those with families wanting private time.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! The property is spacious, peaceful, and truly relaxing, a perfect getaway that still feels like home away from home. It’s also in a great location, very close to everything you might need: a supermarket, flower shop, a lovely bakery, and more. A huge thank you to Jonas, our amazing host, who was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. And a very special mention to Arlene, the villa’s charming and attentive caretaker. She made sure we had everything we needed and was always ready to assist with a warm smile. My kids and I had a great unforgettable stay! We will definitely come back!!

A fantastic property in a beautiful, private location with lots of amenities. A short drive to the beach, supermarket and town as well as a small walk to the local restaurants and bars. Brilliant hosts who are very responsive and flexible. Would happily return in the future and couldn’t recommend it enough!

This is a beautiful little house on a gated complex within a few minutes walk to local shops and bars and about 7/8 minutes walk to a lovely sandy beach. Parts of the beach you have to pay to use but there is a large area which is free but with good toilets and showers free to use. There is a lovely communal pool on the site which, when we visited in early June, was always very quiet and usually we were the only people there. Lovely little garden, really well looked after. The house itself has everything you could possibly need including beach towels, beach mats, parasol. Maike communicated promptly and efficiently and was lovely when we met her. Highly recommend.

Emmanuelle is very responsive and great host. The place is gorgeous with a fantastic view.

My family and I stayed at this airbnb for about 5 days and it was absolutely breathtaking and incredible. There are gorgeous views from every room and plenty of space for a full family or group. Jesper was super responsive and helpful. It was very easy to get to the different little towns in the surrounding area and we would book here again in a heartbeat. One of the highlights of our trip for sure and would highly recommend booking here!

Excellent property with enough size that everyone has privacy but also amazing gathering spaces. We loved the pool and sauna. We loved that every room has an ocean view. The kitchen is well stocked. The home is private, very secure, and clean. The host is very communicative. I would definitely rent from her again. A place of magic, surely.

We absolutely loved our stay in Grasse. The house is stunning and stocked with everything we needed and the views were unbeatable. It was very spacious, well maintained and beautifully designed. The driveway is steep and winding, but we were able to manage in our SUV. We would absolutely stay again.

We (6 adults, 3 couples) visited Didier's house Thursday-Sunday late August and enjoyed his lovely house. We can greatly recommend this villa for those that wish to visit Cannes and also appreciate a spacious and secluded living, with all the amenities needed (including a big and very deep pool).

We loved our stay - Svetlana was a warm and helpful host who even picked us up from the train due to an unwieldy bag. She left us with wine and snacks, which eased us right into this waterfront location. The home is hundreds of years old and has some quirks (start doing stairs NOW!), but the views can’t be beat and the beds are SO comfortable. The living room is very nicely done, as is the kitchen. The master bedroom is very cozy, with a chaise to recline on and watch the super yachts go by. Great restaurants within a few minutes’ walk, the Marché in 3 minutes away…it’s a magical location. We hope to return not just to Antibes, but to this home.

I really enjoyed it. Better than expected. I'll be back!

The villa is very beautiful, though it lacks in details. For instance, we booked the villa for 7 people and they only left 1 nespresso tab for the coffee machine. Plus there was no showergel or bathroom mat. Also the bed linen in one bed had a big stain. When we arrived at 11.30pm at night we had to call the host via facetime to get the exact location of the key lock and of the villa. It would have been a lot easier if he would have sent us a photo beforehand of the villa location and key lock. But he responded fast so it was ok after all. All in all it was great but there’s room For improvement.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share just how incredible our stay at Julie’s place was. The villa exceeded our expectations — beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, with great views and a private swimming pool. What truly made the experience special was Julie herself. She was an outstanding host — incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and gave us some truly helpful recommendations that made our trip even better. We were a group of six, including two toddlers, and every one of us had a wonderful time. The space was perfect for families, and we felt completely at ease throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious villa in Colle-sur-loup, that is 45 minutes away from Nice, Cannes, Monaco — look no further. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

Helena was nice, honest and very communicative. House is big and clean, with all you needed and the pool was just perfect. So I would recommend visiting the house with friends and family.

Great location on the beach front, easy walking distance to shops, a few cafes, beach club and tram line to get into old town. Place was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Master bedroom is at the front of the house which is on a main road so it’s quite noisy through out the night but that is to be expected with the houses location

From quick responses to our questions to providing helpful local recommendations, Fabien went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. My group couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more perfect place to call home during our trip.

There were three of us at Celine and Julien's house in early May 2025. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thank you both for that. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting extensive hikes. The pool offers a very nice and popular way to refresh afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen is huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. Our stay was perfect. The house is spacious, comfortable, and full of old-world charm, with beautiful gardens surrounding it and a lovely pool to relax by. The setting is peaceful and private, yet very convenient. The local village, Tourrettes-sur-Loup, is just a 15- 20-minute walk away — it’s charming, laid-back, and much less touristy than nearby St-Paul-de-Vence, with great local amenities and plenty of dining and drinking options. The host, Floortje, went above and beyond — she helped us sort out a medical issue on a Sunday, which we could never have managed alone. She also had lots of great recommendations and was extremely kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. A truly relaxing and memorable place. Highly recommended!
