Great cozy apartment. In our opinion, one of the best locations for a vacation by the sea. Don't look for pretentiousness here, everything is modest, but decent. Especially good for those with a dog, there is a private area in the backyard

Apartment ideally located by the beach, spacious and easy to access. Rated for 13 people but ideally 9 people because the other beds are in the living room. Myriam was very welcoming and responsive by message before we came to get all the information! The view from the terrace to the sea was amazing!

Nice little house, well decorated, clean and nice. Very well located in Marseillan, everything is within walking distance and the street is quiet. We booked it to accommodate our friends who enjoyed it perfectly. Everything is very clean and functional. Thanks to François for his pleasant and helpful responses. Our villa was amazing. Such a lovely place for us to stay with our family of ten. Very spacious bedrooms. Great outside area to bbq and have evening meals. Very good stay, nice house and garden. Note as a point of improvement, the kitchen equipment is a bit fair , it was missing plates, wine glasses for a house presented for 9 people. There are 2 bedrooms in a row which was not specified in the listing and it would have been nice to have sponge, towel and shower gel in each bathroom.

We had a perfect stay at the villa in Marseillan. The location was beautifully close to the sea, the local market and bakery. The house itself was wonderful. It looked great and felt great. It was clean and it had all the utilities to have a perfect week together with our group of twelve friends. I highly recommend this accomodation as Laura, the host, was great in communication and supportive when we needed more information.

Everything was perfect, impeccable house with all the amenities needed very clean. Superb pool very well secured. The owners are very attentive and very responsive!! We spent 15 days in a very quiet haven of peace without any vis-à-vis. We will return with great pleasure!!!

We had a great time at Marie-Anne's! The house is very well suited for meeting with friends. Numerous spaces and activities (billiards, ping pong, darts, swimming pool, petanque, etc.) that keep young and old busy, even in rainy weather! At night, it's very functional, with a room where all the kids could sleep together and create memories. Thank you so much for your kind hospitality 🫶🏼

Great accommodation :) ideally located in a quiet area and close to everything! There is all the necessary equipment (kitchen, bedding, games, etc.) I recommend it without so much as a second thought for family vacations :)

The villa is perfect for gathering in large numbers. The living room is very bright and spacious. The location close to the sea and in a quiet area (December) is perfect. Sète s easily access by car but also by bikes. Lots of leisure amenities are available. Some work /repairs are planned on aging equipment, it will be even more valuable for future tenants. Great stay! There were 15 of us in the villa. The amenities worked great and the dwelling is spacious. Great hot tub! The villa has kept its promises, it is very secluded and therefore quite difficult to find the first time. Station at the mud path and follow the green path at the red house. There are two kitchens, one upstairs and one downstairs and big plancha that replace a barbecue very well. The outdoor space is large and the interior space also has plenty of dining table setup options. I highly recommend it! Be careful to anticipate the location of the garbage cans a little far away.

we came to spend a weekend with friends and everyone was delighted! a super nice and responsive host. she didn't hesitate to give us nice little places in the area for all kinds of activities. the house is sublime, faithful to the photos and in a super quiet area and close to everything. we would recommend this house with all my friends!

Ideal location for beautiful discoveries in the area, magnificent view. Effective communication with the owners and simplicity of the lockbox. Given the season, the pool is a little cold to enjoy. We'll have to come back in the middle of the season! One or two additional sun loungers would be welcome around the pool. Very good stay in a quiet area.

We really enjoyed our time in Sete. The house was very clean and well equipped and the location was very peaceful. We chose not to hire a car and managed fine. The house is on a hill, which is great for the views and quiet, but quite steep to walk up. The air con was welcome. We particularly enjoyed using the outside space: terrace, pool, cabana. We could walk to the local shop/restaurant (15 mins) and the beaches with sun loungers for hire were a 20 min walk. Worth knowing the local shop delivers via Ubereats. We took a bus to central Sete and a train to Montpellier for a day trip. We visited Mt Saint Clair and the Forest of the White Stones too. Our group was 3 adults, 3 teenagers and a child. The house was spacious and welcoming. One thing to be aware of is the mezzanine bedroom is only accessible by a tight spiral staircase. Which was ok for us. A truly wonderful and relaxing week. We loved it! Thank you for our stay.

Very nice place where we stayed a we with friends. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Pierre welcomed us warmly and our exchanges were nice before and during the stay.

The house are beautiful. Everything is on one level. Especially cool is the large open and modern kitchen, with the living room. Really great also the porch with the pool. It really is a super nice dream house. We enjoyed our holiday very much!

A perfect stay in a beautiful villa! We were a group of 10 and everything went very well. The house is spacious, clean, well-equipped and matches the listing. The environment is quiet and pleasant, ideal for relaxing. Chloé was very responsive and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend this villa with our eyes closed and will be back with pleasure! We will come back without hesitation!
