We had a great weekend with friends. The house is great, bright, fully equipped and suitable for a stay for families or groups of friends. The host is super welcoming and was flexible in terms of schedules. The host who knows the area kindly informed us about the good places to visit nearby. We recommend it +++. We won't hesitate to return to this villa during our next stay in Agde. Thank you!

Amazing place highly recommend.

This is a lovely house in a quiet neighbourhood. Spotlessly clean with equally pristine equipment. It is a pleasure to cook there. We think it a comfortable house with a lovely bedroom, bed and bedding. It is a bonus to have private parking within the property. It's not too far to walk to the seafront at le Grau d'Adge. And of course, the house is situated only a three minute walk from the beach.

Excellent modern house, not far from a beautiful beach. The house is spacious and looks just like the photos - it had all the amenities you would want and the furniture and climate control was perfect. The local area was a bit lively at times, which was nice - most nights this ended at midnight but the house is well sound proofed. Lots of room for everything and well provided amenities. Definitely would recommend.

Warm welcome by Mireille who is very friendly. We only stayed one night but very functional accommodation. Good quality bedding, we slept very well. Accommodation in a dead end street so no noise which is very nice. Close to the beach on foot. We are fans of Airbnbs and this one is in our top 5. We'll be sure to come back if we come to the area. Great stay at Bernard's, in a charming, clean and functional accommodation. A very comfortable bed, a private terrace and a swimming pool available (I bathed there despite the rather cool temperature, it was a very nice plus!). Communication was easy and Bernard lent us two bikes for our rides! The sea is a stone's throw away and the city (Agde, Cap d'Agde, Grau d'Agde) is easily accessible by bike or car. Lots of opportunities for sightseeing or walks. Beautiful sunshine too during this stay which turned out to be perfect!

We had a lovely stay of 6 nights at Laurence's house with great outdoor space. Laurence is a really helpful and welcoming host. We arrived by public transport, hired bikes and used them for shopping and sightseeing during the week. The apartment is really well supplied with everything you would need and the area is lovely to explore.

Well laid out apartment for 2 adults and 2 children close to all amenities and quiet at the same time. All the necessities of a home and the check-in and check-out instructions are so well detailed that you can't forget anything. very good short stay for us.

Very pleasant stay in this well appointed and pleasantly decorated apartment. The location is perfect: quiet neighborhood, a few minutes walk to the city center. Access to the beaches is easy with bikes available. Communication with Barbara was easy and efficient.

Small place very good for a few nights, friendly and serious host. Too bad the parking lot at the bottom of the building is small!

I had a great 2-night stay at Séverine and Alain's. The apartment is perfectly clean, very well-equipped (including the kitchen), and the bedding is really comfortable. The view from the veranda balcony is magnificent: it overlooks the main street of Cap d'Agde, with a superb sunset as a bonus! Parking in the residence is a real plus. Séverine is super nice, friendly and very responsive. Thank you for hosting us, I would recommend it without hesitation!
