We had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s place. The location is great, close to a SAQ for any groceries. It was also very easily accessible to Downtown Ottawa. Sarah was on top of things and very friendly. The house itself was self contained and beautiful and it was exactly how it was described. Would love to stay here again!

Très beau logement propre et très bien située à distance de marche de Bank street où vous trouverez, boutique, café, restaurant et transport en commun. Pas énormément grand mais nous étions 5 adultes à y loger pendant un week-end et nous nous sommes pas senti coincé. Meuble et accessoire de qualité Pour info, stationnement en arrière du bâtiment accessible par ruelle à côté du bâtiment. Le passage y est étroit mais nous avons pu tout de même y stationné un Dodge Ram 1500 avec l'aide d'un guide. ( Donc attention au conducteur moins à l'aise ). Sinon le stationnement dans la rue est difficile en raison des interdictions surtout la semaine.

Great place in a good location, walking distance to several nice restaurants and bars. The house is quite spacious, with plenty of parking. Hosts were attentive and quick to respond to queries. The carpet upstairs is a bit old but the rest was clean and well-furnished.

Brenda was an amazing host - she responded very quickly prior to our stay, as well as during. She was extremely accommodating in helping us set up for our stay with small children. She made our arrival and departure so smooth and we were very appreciative of that. This is an amazing location in Ottawa! It is a very short walk to a beautiful beach, fun (and safe) street scene, and the surrounding neighbourhood is gorgeous. The yard is so cute with a ton of flowers and the backyard jacuzzi was nice to relax in after a long day! The house itself is spacious with all the amenities you would need for a short or longer stay. Brenda even set out some age appropriate toys for our kids to play with, which was a thoughtful touch. We loved our stay in Ottawa - thank you Brenda!

In the city for a wedding and this place was perfect.Larger than the pictures .Very well equipped kitchen and 3 bathrooms were great for 6 people.Location was great for getting around city and close to all the amenities we needed.We would stay here again.

This was the perfect addition to my wedding weekend! Julie made it extra special with a welcome sign and bottle of champagne to great my guests and I! The place is absolutely stunning, so warm, cozy and just what we needed for a wedding stay with the bridal party. It surpassed my expectations and Julie and her partner were wonderful - we even had a tour and learned some history on the place. Can’t wait to come back !

Very spacious comfortable accommodation. No easy place to go for a walk other than the main road, and driving required for food and drink.

Our stay was truly incredible, best Airbnb we’ve ever been too. There was so much to do around the home with all of the available amenities. It’s very cozy, we felt right at home. The home is super close to local restaurants and grocery stores. It was quite the experience. Scott is an amazing host, we highly recommend staying here. Thank you for making our first trip to Canada a very memorable experience. We hope to visit and stay again sometime in the future.

Excellent séjour dans ce logement spacieux, confortable et très bien équipé ! Erin était disponible, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. L'emplacement est idéal. La piscine était propre et bien chauffée, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande quantité de serviettes mises à disposition. Je recommande vivement ce logement à tous ceux qui recherchent un lieu agréable pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis !

An Absolutely Amazing Stay with Superb Hosts! Our recent stay at this Lake Front Chalet, was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we booked, the hosts were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and proactive, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Reading the reviews beforehand definitely helped us envision and prepare for the property. The layout of the home was absolutely great, offering a wonderful flow throughout. All the rooms are very large, providing ample space and comfort for everyone. The amenities provided were fantastic, adding so much to our enjoyment. We especially loved the huge open-concept design with the large windows, which created such an inviting and bright atmosphere. We had a truly wonderful time and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a superb getaway. Thank you to our hosts for such an amazing experience!

This place was everything we wanted and more. Beautiful scenery, cozy place, private and quiet. The host was very easy to reach and very helpful. We had a small little problem upon our arrival about a breaker fuse being tripped. She promptly replied and help us resolve the issue and was quick to offer additional assistance if we need be. Our kids enjoyed the play structure, pedalboat and swimming in the private lake. I would highly recommend this place.

J’ai passé un séjour absolument ressourçant dans ce magnifique chalet. L’endroit est paisible, entouré de nature, avec plusieurs espaces confortables et intimes où l’on peut vraiment décrocher. Les chambres sont bien espacées les unes des autres, ce qui permet à chacun de profiter de moments de calme et d’intimité. Laura est une hôte attentionnée et toujours disponible en cas de besoin, tout en respectant notre tranquillité. Et que dire du lac… un véritable havre de paix. L’eau est claire, le paysage superbe. C’est un endroit parfait pour se reconnecter avec soi-même ou simplement savourer le silence. Je repars reposée, heureuse, et déjà nostalgique. Je recommande ce petit coin de paradis sans hésiter.

This place is a hidden gem. A bit remote, so we brought our own food for all meals, which worked out because we didn’t want to leave. The home itself is very well-equipped, inviting and relaxing. The path down to the lake is magical with the string lights, and the lake (with a small private beach) is picturesque. We felt we could truly unwind here and enjoy a slower pace of life. Erick was extremely communicative and friendly—a wonderful, thoughtful host.

This place is really lovely, peaceful and quiet. The grounds are gorgeous and everything in the home was really well stocked and nicely furnished. Just a note that it was cold and we didn’t use the screened in dining/living area. It is open air, so be mindful. We would recommend! Great remote getaway!

Wow. The views of the lake from from this place are absolutely stunning! We had a great time and were very comfortable here. We loved the hot tub and the kayaks and paddle boards that were provided for use on the lake. I would definitely stay here again if I was looking for a tranquil place near Ottawa.

Had an amazing stay! The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the place was super peaceful and cozy. Perfect spot to just chill and unwind. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with some incredible scenery. Erica is a great host!

The perfect cozy home away from home, we had a lovely time!! Awesome place for kids, truly a charming cottage, we will most definitely be back next year!

We loved it! The cottage is located in a private area on the lake, well-decorated, and has 4 levels making it very spacious. The hottub and sauna were awesome - perfect for our winter stay. We liked the couch in the downstairs living room as it was big and comfortable, and we appreciated the Roku for easy streaming. We had no issues driving to the cottage even after heavy snowfall - the private road and driveway were cleared. Walkways, stairs and decks were also cleared. Plenty of room outside for walks with a dog and other activities. We would highly recommend Siobhan’s cottage!
