Sky-High Desert Oasis

Best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Super unique and Joseph and Emily are amazing hosts! Couldn’t recommend more, especially at the price point. I’ll definitely be back.

New Mexico Southwest Adobe Casita

JohnRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The Placitas casita is a lovely place with wonderful hosts who are friendly, quick to respond and easy to work with. I immediately felt right at home in the casita, which is cozy and quiet with a creative interior design. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of cookware; the internet is fast; and it feels quite private. I enjoyed both sitting on the porch and relaxing on the backyard patio—all with beautiful views. The backyard grill is a nice bonus too. Just five minutes away you can find lots of trails for hiking, running and biking at the foot of the Sandia Mountains as well as a small commercial center with both a casual cafe and fine dining, a small grocery store and a new coffee shop. Not too much further away is Bernalillo (with a Sprouts); and Albuquerque is an easy 30 minute drive. So the casita’s location offers a nice mix of rural/nature with all your big city needs nearby. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to have the chance to do so again.

yellowbird guesthouse

SaraRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The Yellowbird Guesthouse was the perfect place for my husband and I to decompress and relax. It looked just like the pictures and had everything and more than what we needed! The location is off the road enough that it feels peaceful and quiet, but a short 5 minute walk and you've reached the main part of town to hit all the restaurants and sites. Betsy was communicative and super friendly! Everything went off with out a hitch. Her Wife made THE most amazing chocolate cookies I have ever had. The binder provided by the host had loads of awesome history about the original structure of the guesthouse and lots of things to do in the surrounding areas. We will definitely be back and recommend to all our friends in family in NM.

Authentic Adobe Home on Tranquil Horse Farm

MichelleRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This authentic adobe home was as advertised and a great base to explore this area of New Mexico. The house had everything we needed, was tastefully furnished with lots of lovely tile work and art on the walls. The bed was very comfortable, and we left windows open at night as a natural air conditioner. The grounds were lovely, with numerous huge cottonwoods. One night a lively thunderstorm provided entertainment for several hours. We loved the quiet of the countryside; the whistle of the Rail Runner and Amtrak trains were not a problem for us. We hope to return next time we visit this part of New Mexico.

Ranch Fakawee

DeborahRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We spent three nights here on our visit to Chaco Canyon. What a wonderful place this was. We loved the decor, the chickens, the birds who visited the bird feeders every day, the lake within walking distance, the outside firepit and seating area and the hammocks. We really enjoyed our stay here and recommend it to anyone who is visiting this part of New Mexico.

Serene 70s Retreat Near San Antonio Hot Springs

AnnaRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Better than imagined! A perfect location to escape from city chaos. The charming cabin is located amongst tall pine trees and aspen on the edge of the national forest. Located in a mountain neighborhood, but still had the feel of being one with nature. The little cabin met all our needs- cooking, comfort, and relaxing. We spent the time hiking, fishing, and sitting on the porch enjoying the birds, chipmunks, ground squirrels, cows, and barely saw a single other person! A little slice of mountain heaven - and were sad to leave.
