The apartment can be better than what the photos show. Large, comfortable, complete apartment, with all the necessary equipment and high quality. The very good showers and gas heating. The apartment is impeccable exactly as in the pictures. And the host was super helpful with the information needed for the stay. Check-in and check-out were very simple, the apartment was super clean and with all the necessary resources and utensils. The neighborhood is excellent, close to everything and with many options of restaurants, markets and pharmacies within a few minutes' walk. I highly recommend it, and will definitely be back more often!

Great place to be. Very safe, comfortable and with a tremendous view of the Arena Do Gremio. The place was just like the photos. Five/ten minutes from everywhere. I'd go back to the place.

Clean, new, tidy and organized place. I felt comfortable. The master bedroom has a slit air conditioner/heater, which helped with comfort. Only the parking space that is for visitors (no guarantee of a space), in any case, I was always able to park inside the condominium. I highly recommend the place, with the exception of the parking space. It is worth a lot for the cost/benefit, I would definitely stay other times.

Even before we started the stay, Lucas was very helpful, answering everything, with a lot of cordiality. It's already the second place we've rented with him and we highly recommend it. The space is identical to the listing, leaving nothing to be desired, the structure of the building is 10/10, it has everything, we always like it because we can go from a supermarket on foot to eating quality food or snacks, we always need to go by car. The house is spectacular. It has an exceptional leisure area, with a delicious spa and a swimming pool with a perfect beach for a relaxing sunbathing. The suite is small but has a delicious whirlpool. The house has two fully independent environments, one near the fireplace and the other in the back, with the pool, spa and sauna. Impectably clean sheets and towels. It was a wonderful experience and I will certainly return.

My experience in the apartment was amazing! The place is exactly as in the pictures: clean, well decorated and very cozy. The location is excellent, with easy access to the airport and the north of Porto Alegre, markets and restaurants nearby, the region is second, and you can get around on foot without danger. Hosts Rodrigo and Luisa were extremely attentive and helpful, always available to help and answer questions quickly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to those looking for comfort and convenience.

Note 10! The Condominium is excellent, as is the apartment. Vale every cent. Extremely safe local, even has coffee inside the condominium, and the surroundings are also very safe If you're going to the consulate, there is no error. We went in a 5 minute walk from the condominium, very quiet.

The building is super safe, the common areas are beautiful and well organized, and the rooftop pool is a delight. Katia was absolutely sensational from start to finish, we had some unforeseen events during the trip and she always responded quickly and helped us a lot to overcome these challenges.
