Comfortable, clean apartment in a great location, close to the train station. Piero is a great host.

We had a great 5-day stay at this apartment in a great location, in the quiet and pleasant area of Cannaregio. The apartment is comfortable, perfectly in line with the listing, and above all very quiet — a real plus in Venice! Communication with hosts was seamless and responsive. A big thank you to Gaby for the warm welcome and the many good places to visit shared upon arrival. We highly recommend this rental and would be happy to come back!

If you’re looking for a great view and a place to leave the windows open and listen to the water this is definitely it. It did get warm at night while we were there and there is no air conditioning (just mentioning in case it’s important to you, I didn’t notice it didn’t have one when booking, no fault of the host, I just didn’t read it clearly ) but there is a small fan. It’s in a more residential area so it’s a nice place to be if you are looking to get away from the crowds. It was very spacious and giocomo was a very responsive host even weeks before we checked in when I had questions about transportation.

What a lovely stay in Venice! Very close to the Rialto Mercato stop. Super easy to hop on and off from there and get around the lagoon. Great restaurants and shops closeby - and the actual space is fantastic. We slept really well, very quiet place, and the shower is awesome!

Our Stay in Venice was amazing the space has everything you need for a short break, and Paolo was a great host helping us with the documentation before we arrived in Italy, and very responsive and helpful with recommendations and extra requests couldn’t fault it our stay here at all, and if we are ever back in Venice we would stay here again! Would 100% recommend to anyone who would stay here.

This lovely apartment is in a quiet area but close to all the places you might want to visit. The host was friendly and very helpful and we enjoyed our time there very much.

The apartment is in a very good location, large, well-equipped, very comfortable bedding, well-equipped kitchen and fantastic terrace! Prettier than in the photos because there are plants. There is indeed an exhaust duct from the restaurant kitchens on the ground floor but this is not annoying at all, some smells in the evening, very good so absolutely not penalizing. We fully enjoyed this terrace, morning and evening! The neighborhood is very good, lively, small supermarket housed in an old theater right next door as well as a bakery, ideal for shopping, not to mention the many other shops and restaurants, but the nights are quiet. Vaporetto stops are 5 or 10 minutes away, otherwise everything is easily reachable by foot. And Elena was very responsive and helpful, a great stay! We highly recommend this apartment!

We had a lovely few days at Cristiano's apartment, which is a very beautiful and comfortable space. Cristiano was so helpful with recommendations, and the apartment is ideally located for exploring Venice. We were a little disappointed at first to find that we couldn't open the outside gates on the terrace area, but understood that that was due to security and found that the bridge next to the terrace is very busy most of the time so we probably wouldn't have wanted to open them anyway! We made a few meals at home and the apartment had everything we needed.

Absolutely amazing property! Outside of the main tourist areas, so much more peaceful in the afternoons and mornings. Much more of a relaxed vibe and able to stroll throughout the day. The condo itself was in a perfect spot: directly beside a supermarket, restaurants and Murano Museo water taxi stop. This makes transportation easy to get back and forth from the main ports at Venice. The host also gave great directions on how to get to the unit with which lines to take, so make sure you ask if you’re having difficulty. They were extremely responsive and quick to help. The inside of the condo was beautiful itself and had all the necessities such as cooking utensils, pots, pans and most importantly coffee machine. I would highly recommend Murano Suites to anyone wanting a leisurely stay!

We are so happy that we found Gino's place. It was much cheaper than staying in Venice, and Venice was a short bus journey from the bus stop around the corner. The apartment had everything we needed and was thoughtfully prepared for our arrival. If we were to return, we would have no hesitations about staying here again. Thank you Gino!

A spacious apartment in the heart of Venice, a short walk from most of the sights.

A true gem! The balcony really adds a unique dimension; to be able and watch every day life in Venice was so interesting. The apartment is in easy walk of great cafes and restaurants and handy for The Vaporetto and water taxis. We travelled with my 89 year old mother and were very grateful for the flexible check in after our early flight. We ate out each meal, so easy with so many great places in easy walking distance. Amongst our favourite, for breakfast was San Giovanni Vini e Cicchetti for fabulous chichetti !

This charming two-bedroom ground-level apartment in Venice was an ideal choice for our stay. It is centrally located yet tucked away down a quiet alley, offering both convenience and a peaceful atmosphere away from the main tourist flow. Check-in was seamless, and the co-host warmly welcomed us, taking the time to walk us through the apartment and its features. While not a complaint, it’s worth noting that the shower stall may feel a bit compact for taller or larger guests. The location is excellent, with numerous restaurants within walking distance- there’s truly something for everyone. Access to water transportation is also straightforward and reliable; we recommend purchasing a multi-day transit pass if you’re planning a longer visit. Communication with the host was smooth throughout the process- she was consistently responsive and helpful. Overall, we highly recommend this property for a comfortable and convenient stay in Venice.

The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well equipped with everything. The only thing missing was the chamomile tea bags!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! We took our two kids and they loved every minute. There is a large area that is enclosed for them to run around in and they enjoyed the swimming pool. The apartment felt like it had just been built, and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. We also made use of the bicycles with seats on the back for the kids. It took about 5 mins to cycle to the beach with them, lots of fun. Thank you so much for having us. We'll be back soon.

We had a great time in Venice. The apartment is close to the tram which makes it easy to get to the center of Venice. All instructions were clear and the host is very responsive to messages. Our arrival was facilitated by the shuttle offered by the host. The apartment is as described I would recommend it

It was a very nice holiday. Ground floor was great for our Sup's. There was everything you needed. However, placemats for the glass table are highly recommended. The beds were very comfortable. Friendly neighbors and everything within walking distance. Very quiet and pleasant. We will be happy to come back.
