Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Canal Saint-Martin

Madeleine is great host and very responsive , it is a beautiful home in a good locality , metro station and bus station are at a walkable distance . We had a wonderful experience.

This review must start with Amaury. He is responsive right away, never more than a few minutes. He's polite and patient whether issues are large (my doing) or small. The apartment is beautiful. The ambiance can't be captured by the (accurate) pictures. Everything you need is there, and no clutter. The appliances are top notch. The view through the large windows (which let in lots of light) has sky and rooftops, and overlooks the enclosed cobblestone courtyard. This is a 5th floor apartment in a classic Parisian building, but there's an elevator!! Amaury's instructions are thorough and clear. The area has lots of bistros and cafés, and is very close to the Louvre. Notre Dame and Ste. Chappelle are easy walking distance. I highly recommend this host and his lovely apartment.

Beautiful apartment in the Marais with everything you need. We needed to see a doctor and Nathalie was kind enough to schedule an appointment with her doctor which was near by. Paris is a magical city and Nathalie’s apartment is a sparkling jewel. If you are able to book a stay, you should, you won’t be disappointed!!

I really enjoyed my stay at Matthieu’s! It was quiet and clean inside with a very comfortable bed. I really appreciated the well stocked kitchen that allowed me to cook a few meals at the apartment too. Matthieu was very communicative and quick to respond if I had any questions. I had some trouble figuring out how to unlock the door at check in and he was able to send someone to help me out in minutes. The location was great - not in the center of all of the packed tourist stuff - and was close to 2 metro stops that allowed me to get anywhere I needed to be. I was a solo female traveler and felt completely safe. I stayed for a week and was very comfortable all around!

Staying at Emmanuel's place was great!! It was in a convenient place, close to public transportation, and had a lot of shops/restaurants nearby. Emmanuel was incredibly responsive and was super helpful during our brief stay in Paris. The only note is that Emmanuel's place is up quite a few stairs, which wasn't a problem for me or my traveling buddy, but if you struggle with climbing up stairs, or lifting things (like a heavy suitcase ;) up stairs), I'd keep that in mind. Overall, we had a wonderful time during our stay at Emmanuel's place, and would love to go back again someday in the future!

Philippe was one of the best (if not the best) hosts I’ve ever had on airbnb. He made sure that we felt right at home, in his lovely place. Very comfortable, close to everything, I can only recommend

Our stay at Guillaume's apartment was fantastatic. From the booking process through to check-out, everything was flawless. The apartment made our stay in Paris truly memorable. The apartment is located in the heart of the Marais and we enjoyed being able to walk everywhere while at same time being in a very peaceful area of the city away from the very busy tourist areas. The apartment itself is perfect. It is fully equipped with all amenities, spotlessely clean and we did not any issue whatsoever. Guillaume is also the perfect host. He is extremely responsive and accomodated us with our request to drop our bags after we arrived on a very flight early flight and also generously accomodated our request for a late check-out. We had an amazing time in Paris and Guillaume's superb apartment played a large part! Thank you, Guillaume!

A bit hard to say in a few words but in 12 years this the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. Isis was so helpful and excellent responding to my questions. We had an evening flight out and because next guests were arriving the next day she let us stay on and have a late departure. We stayed a week and still managed to find an activity that day! Jen de Paume which I highly recommend. Isis also has excellent English and was so friendly.

The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

This place is a real hidden gem—super special, with a great location near the Luxembourg Gardens and just a 10-minute walk from excellent restaurants, bars, and shops. François is a very helpful host and was incredibly kind to us. Since we were traveling with a baby, we needed some flexibility with check-in and check-out, and we also needed some mugs in the kitchen, which he brought as soon as he could. The air conditioning worked really well, which was much appreciated with 33-degree weather in Paris and a baby! We loved the place and will definitely come back next time

Very nice and lively neighborhood in the evening: everything is within walking distance. Private parking space is a real plus. The apartment is in all respects consistent with the photos and description: 1 double bedroom on the ground floor plus an bathroom and a children's room; upstairs large bright living room with very well equipped kitchen + master suite with shower. Only slight downside: the rooms do not have shutters, the curtains only obscure the light of day when neighbors opposite (who must be insomniac; mdr); but nothing very serious and it is largely compensated by the quality of the bedding and the accommodation as a whole! In short we recommend and will be back! A big thank you to Daphne who allowed us, when we arrived, to pick up the accommodation 2 hours before the scheduled time (which allowed us a short visit to the nearby Grévin Museum)

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

Lovely quirky small house right in the centre of Paris with great transport links and walking distance to lots of the attractions too. The house was perfect for our needs as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children.) We loved the style and even though in central Paris it felt like a very quiet and safe space. The host was always very responsive to messages, sent clear directions and instructions for entry. We were very grateful to be allowed an earlier check in and later check out time. Thank you very much for a brilliant stay!

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Really enjoyed staying at Vincent's place from the top notch communication to the local recommendations, and the location. Close to various shops, restaurants, excellent access to the metro, very walkable.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

We had a great stay at Rodolphe’s place. It was a perfect central location to get around Paris. Plenty of great restaurants in the neighborhood too. There was a lot of night life, especially on the weekend. With the windows closed it was very quiet in the apartment.

We just had the most incredible stay at Denis’s apartment in the Marais. The whole stay from check-in to check-out felt effortless. Check-in was easy and convenient, and I appreciate that he gave me the instructions in advance so I had no last-minute stress of figuring out what to do! Expectations were very clear, Denis clarified before even accepting our booking that there is no A/C, but even with the much hotter temperatures than normal for June we found the apartment well ventilated and comfortable. There was tons of space for two people, and having access to a washer/dryer was a huge plus! The apartment was also very clean and well maintained. Check-out was also a breeze, and throughout our stay Denis was not only responsive but proactive- he messaged multiple times to make sure we had gotten in OK and that we had no issues or concerns. Would highly highly recommend this Airbnb!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Sophie’s house. The house is big, very clean, and had everything we needed. It’s in a perfect area, full of restaurants, so there’s always something to do. Even though the neighborhood is lively, the house is quiet and peaceful inside. You can also walk to all the main places in the city, which was very convenient. The host was great — friendly and always ready to help if we had any questions. She even let us check-in early and check-out later than the scheduled time. That made the whole experience even better. We really loved everything about this place and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
