El departamento es cálido y está decorado con muy buen gusto. La ubicación está genial para moverse por París o llegar desde/ hacia el aeropuerto (CDG) a Gare du Nord. Todo fue fácil y el anfitrión muy amable. Gracias!

We loved Gerald's apartment. Near the Republique (multi metro lines go through here) and not far from Canal St Martin (lovely area). Gerald was so very accomodating from waiting for us when we arrived later in the day, helping us with great places to eat, check in was a series of pictures to get us to the correct door and helping us get to the airport during a taxi strike. The apartment was immaculate, quiet and overall just perfect. I cant wait to go back and stay again. I wouldnt change a thing because everything was perfect. Thank you so much Gerald😊

Hemos pasado unos días muy buenos en París en el apartamento de Ariel. Es muy confortable y tiene todo lo necesario. Además, está junto al parque de Belleville, un barrio muy alegre y lleno de vida, y tiene una agradable vista desde su gran balcón.Ariel fue muy amable y, aunque estaba de viaje, estuvimos atendidos muy bien por Martine. Intentaremos repetir pronto

Le logement, bien que petit, est très fonctionnel et tout aussi charmant. il est également très bien positionné dans paris et Thomas est très réactif pour répondre aux questions.

Apartamento extremamente limpo e bem cheiroso, contendo tudo o que você precisa para sua estadia. Robin sempre foi gentil e atencioso. Vizinhança tranquila e silenciosa. Não tenho nenhum tipo de observação negativa a fazer. Se tiver a oportunidade de visitar Paris novamente, o apartamento de Robin e o bairro de Montmartre serão minhas prioridades.

Andrea’s place was perfect for our needs: it was small but totally functional and the position was great (metro right besides). The apartment was also full of amenities like towels, hairdryer and dishes. Furthermore Andrea herself was really helpful and responsive in any situation.

This apartment is truly Parisian, exactly the experience I wanted. Upon arrival Alexis had left an amazing array of snacks and drinks that definitely were very welcomed after a long hot travel day! The apartment is very well located and walkable to many things. And the metro is literally right outside the door! I would definitely stay again.

Sehr schönes, frisch renoviertes Apartment. Geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet, bequemes Bett, schönes Wohnzimmer, sehr ruhig, nahe Place Gambetta aber auch fußläufig zum Quartier Belleville. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin

Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour. L’accueil était adorable et avec une très grande bienveillance lors du séjour. Je recommande fortement ce logement.

Logement loué pour 4 jours/3 nuits pour 4 personnes pour un événement professionnel Porte de Versailles. Logement conforme aux photos. Les 3 chambres individuelles sont un plus entre collègues. Logement situé en demi sous-sol, donc il faisait frais dedans même avec 34 degrés dehors dans la journée. Terrasse agréable, et rue calme. Yohan et son équipe ont été très accueillants ainsi que réactif lorsque nous avions des questions. Nous relouerons certainement ce logement pour un prochain salon s’il est disponible !

La maison de Jean-Charles est incroyable. Grande, propre et une belle terrasse/jardin. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, disposer ses affaires, se doucher… je recommande 1000 fois. Le seul point à savoir est qu’une seule chambre possède des volets

Superbe séjour chez Éric. Le logement était parfait pour ce petit weekend en famille avec un jardin pour les enfants et une terrasse parfaite pour se détendre après les journées éreintantes de visites à Paris. compter entre 10 et 15 minutes à pieds pour rejoindre le métro. Très pratique. et Eric est vraiment sympathique. Merci beaucoup.

Io e la mia amica Emma abbiamo soggiornato per il mese di settembre nell’appartamento di Yacine. La situazione era diversa da una normale vacanza, siamo arrivate a Parigi per il nostro erasmus e non trovando alloggio ci siamo arrangiate per vivere tra il letto soppalcato e il divano letto. Yacine è stata la prima persona che abbiamo conosciuto e si è mostrato fin da subito disponibile in TUTTO. L’appartamento era pulito, funzionale, il divano letto comodissimo tanto che abbiamo usato il letto molto poco 😂 avere Yacine e la sua famiglia accanto è stato per noi rassicurante e piacevole. Davvero un host a cinque stelle! Si è reso disponibile a togliere qualche oggetto d’arredo in modo da farci guadagnare spazio per le valigie. Abbiamo creato un gruppo con lui in cui non ha esitato a rispondere ad ogni nostro bisogno con ottimi consigli su come muoverci. Sicuramente un’accoglienza unica e un’esperienza che porteremo nel cuore!

The location alone for this apartment deserves all of the stars. You’re far enough away from the middle of Paris that it’s not crazy crowded, but close enough to the Metro that getting to any part is easy. There is a grocery store and pharmacy directly across the street, and if you’re lucky enough to be there for the market, it’s awesome and set up at the end of the block. There are a ton of great restaurants and things to walk to including the giant park and great shopping. The apartment itself is very spacious and being on the top floor with the outdoor patio is a huge bonus. If you stay here in the Spring/Fall it’s likely the perfect location. We, unfortunately, came during the summer and during an incredibly hot week. If you are here during the Summer, you need to know that like the most of France, the apartment does not have AC, but we managed with some fans. Once the sun went down with all of the doors and windows open it was lovely. The host was always quick to respond.

We really loved the vibe of the apartment! It’s cool and artsy with great mirrors for selfies 😁 If you’re very picky about the cleanliness - it could be better. The area is cool and very lively, I recommend it if you like the city vibe and sightseeing. Not necessarily for relaxing 😅

L'appartement est très agréable, propre, confortable et idéalement situé pour se déplacer dans toute la ville : nous étions très bien situés à Belleville, à côté du métro ( 2 lignes ). Félix est très réactif et très chaleureux. Pour nous faciliter le séjour, Félix a modifié son emploi du temps professionnel. Avec ma fille (27 ans) et mon fils (24 ans) nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cet hébergement. Laure

Süße und sehr schöne Wohnung. Alles war sauber und der Prozess des Check-in und Check-out hat super geklappt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Sie waren bei Fragen rund um die Uhr für uns erreichbar und haben sehr schnell geantwortet. Auch bei einem kleinen technischen Problem waren sie innerhalb von 20 Minuten da und haben sich darum gekümmert. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

For us the most important things were the nearby train station. We didn't feel unsafe walking home from the station to the apartment late at night. The nearby train can go directly to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment had a nice view just like in the photos of the listing. It had everything we needed. We don't smoke but it seemed like it was smoker friendly but it didn't smell like tobacco at all which was great.

The room was just as cozy and charming as shown in the photos. It’s located in a quiet area, yet very convenient with a bus stop and metro station nearby. There’s also a delicious bakery close by! Most importantly, the host was incredibly friendly, responded quickly, and kindly accommodated our arrival time, which made our trip to Paris a truly pleasant experience.

Le logement était conforme à la description, bien équipé, bien situé. Les hôtes Ibrahim et Angelique se sont montrés très accommodants malgré un imprévu de notre part, je recommande à 100%.
