Apartment vacation rentals in Canal Saint-Martin

This place was perfect for the two of us to stay, convenient to the Metro, clean and cozy. There was no A/C, but her curtains kept the heat out and the fan did just fine to keep us cool. We weren’t sure if there would be A/C or not being in Paris, but it was also an extremely hot weekend, and we felt fine! The place is small, but worked fine for us, the shower was comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. I would certainly stay here again.

Sjarmerende leilighet i et levende og sjarmerende strøk. Leiligheten var ren og veldig godt utstyrt. Vinduene var godt isolert så det kunne bli helt stille. Vi manglet ingen ting og anbefaler den gjerne for et Pariser opphold i strøket Marais.

We had a lovely stay in Hervés Airbnb, it was beautiful and spacious and had the nicest view of Parisian streets. It also gets lovely sunshine! Hervé was very helpful and friendly and Laurence who welcomed us into the Airbnb was lovely! We would definitely stay again we had the best time!! Perfect Airbnb and perfect location :)

I really enjoyed my stay at Matthieu’s! It was quiet and clean inside with a very comfortable bed. I really appreciated the well stocked kitchen that allowed me to cook a few meals at the apartment too. Matthieu was very communicative and quick to respond if I had any questions. I had some trouble figuring out how to unlock the door at check in and he was able to send someone to help me out in minutes. The location was great - not in the center of all of the packed tourist stuff - and was close to 2 metro stops that allowed me to get anywhere I needed to be. I was a solo female traveler and felt completely safe. I stayed for a week and was very comfortable all around!

My wife and I had a great long weekend stay here in a marvelous flat with a great balcony over the streets. Spacious for 2 adults and light and airy. Bed was comfy and kitchen very well equipped. Quiet at night yet moment's from the sights and attractions. Very safe around the area at night too on the walks home. Would thoroughly recommend.

This is a lovely apartment in which to stay for a few days. The location is incredible, while it is has lovely outdoor space with fragrant jasmine blooming. Vincent was very helpful and responsive when I was trying to sort out the laundry machine. The beds were very comfortable and the inner courtyard orientation of the apartment meant it was peaceful despite the bustle of the neighborhood. I think the apartment would work best for a small family, as the bathrooms are oddly configured (One bedroom has a tiny full bath, but the other has a shower & sink in it while its toilet is across the apartment next to the kitchen.) and the bedrooms have no windows so we needed to keep the bedroom doors open at night for ventilation/air flow. Overall, it was very clean & comfortable and had everything we needed for a glorious few days in the heart of Paris.

Bastien's place is exactly as described. Everything was clean and there wasn't anything I needed that is wasn't provided. Bastien was friendly and proactive. he responded quickly and was always available. The neighborhood was just what I was looking for. I loved sitting by the canal, stopping at the boulangerie and it was very close to main metro and bus lines. I would definitely stay here again my next time in Paris.

Nous recommandons vivement l'appartement de Pauline. Il est en effet très bien conçu, facile d'accès avec, en prime, un ascenseur et, cerise sur le gâteau, avec une vue très belle sur Paris.

Catherine’s place was a great space to stay for winter break! The neighbourhood and building are very quiet, many groceries shops, bakeries, and restaurants in walking distance. Multiple Metro stations with in a few minutes walk. Catherine was very responsive and helped us during our stay. Catherine was waiting for us we got into town, and explained everything in the apartment in detail, and included many recommendations to restaurants and shops. With no elevator it was a bit tricky to get the large suitcase up and down, but Catherine helped with that as well. It was a great stay!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen! Super schönes, modern eingerichtetes AirBnB. Zentrale Lage direkt an der Metro. Die Kommunikation mit Meli war sehr unkompliziert. Obwohl sich unsere Ankunft etwas verzögert hat, wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Nur zu empfehlen! :)

Antoine en Astrid zijn ontzettend vriendelijk, flexibel en gastvrij! Ze reageren zeer snel op vragen en hebben veel tips. Hun huis voelt meteen als ‘thuis’, midden in het gezellige bruisende leven van Parijs. Bakkertjes, supermarkt en kaaswinkeltje op loopafstand, net als het metrostation. Kortom, een aanrader!

Really good experience. the apartment is clean, tidy and silent. Good atmosphere and feel like home. Celine has been clear and friendly since the booking and gave all the informations needed. The location is really nice, supermarkets and other shops are really close to the house. Really raccomended

Our family loved our stay. The apartment itself is beautiful, quiet, and comfortable with all amenities needed. You step outside to a fantastic neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants, yet inside is peaceful and calm. Our family was able to walk to many of the things we wanted to do from this ideally located apartment. Laura and Veronique are great hosts with clear and timely communications and lots of recommendations. We would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Erick’s apartment. It’s a small space, but has everything you need to have a restful night while exploring Paris. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated having the washing machine. The building was very quiet and we had no issues with safety. Erick had tons of recommendations for restaurants and local things to explore. The only issue would be for anyone with impaired mobility, as there’s stairs to enter the apartment and a ladder to the loft bed, but Erick was very transparent about this prior to booking.

Fiquei muito feliz com minha estadia no estúdio da Isis! O espaço é super aconchegante e está incrivelmente bem localizado no coração do charmoso bairro do Marais. Pude explorar a região a pé, com muitos restaurantes, cafés, lojas e pontos turísticos por perto. A cozinha é super bem equipada, com todos os utensílios necessários para preparar uma refeição. O sofá-cama é bastante confortável. O ambiente é extremamente limpo, confortável e silencioso, proporcionando uma experiência muito agradável. Além disso, a anfitriã esteve sempre à disposição para o que precisássemos e foi de comunicação fácil e eficiente. Adoramos o estúdio, ficaríamos novamente nele caso voltássemos a Paris, e recomendamos fortemente para outros hóspedes!

Tivemos uma ótima estadia no apartamento da Anne, o apartamento é exatamente como descrito. Gostamos muito de tomar café na Varanda e aproveitar momentos ao ar livre. Única dificuldade foram as escadas pois ficamos 7 dias, mas no final as pernas já estavam acostumando. Mas sabíamos sobre isto quando alugamos. A Anne é muito gentil e sempre disposta a ajudar. Nos fornece um guia local e todas as informações necessárias, assim como disponibiliza acessórios solicitados. Não temos do que reclamar. Passamos momentos ótimos como parisienses. Recomendo. Sophie é muito atenciosa, alem de se comunicar rápido, auxilia em tudo que é preciso com generosidade! Montrouge é um lugar simpático, é facil chegar ao centro de Paris! O apartamento fica a cerca de 10 minutos da estação de metro e há 3 min da paragem de bus. Há bastante comércio e sente-se segurança ao caminhar pra casa. O espaco de Sophie é ótimo! É espacoso para os padrões de Paris, tanto o espaco da sala/cozinha quanto o quarto são muito confortaveis, dorme-se bem mesmo no sofá cama. A cereja do bolo foi a jacizzi que oferce um conforto muito agradável, as instalações sao novas e muito linpas. As toalhas e os lencóis tambem sao novos! Tudo impecável! A cozinha é bem equipada. A varanda estava em obras, certamente vai ficar muito bonita em breve! Com certeza voltaremos para aproveita-la! obrigada.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
