Emma was an amazing host!! The place is just as described on the listing! Perfect place for those traveling to Disneyland , with the bus stop being right outside the place. She was very friendly and responsive throughout the entire time I was there and she even helped me plan a little surprise for my fiancée! I’d definitely recommend this place to others 😄

I had a great time at the house which is very spacious and has a lot of charm with natural materials. Ana is a responsive and very friendly hostess. The purpose of the stay was to go to Disneyland and visit Paris. Very satisfied with the choice and Michaël's advice was invaluable for both parking by car or getting around by public transport. I recommend it for families because the children loved all the toys available in the house. Everything is also close, restaurant, supermarket, Val d'Europe and of course Disneyland a few minutes' drive away.

Great house for visiting Disneyland. We stayed here as 4 adults and 4 children. The house is 10mins drive to Disneyland, we used uber as it was cheaper than driving and parking. The house was clean, organised and the host was great at communicating. He always responded if we had any queries. Will definitely recommend.

2 nights in this lovely studio for my parents, they loved it! They could easily walk along the Ourcq Canal and the Gare du Vert Galant is just a stone's throw from the apartment. I made the reservation for them given the nearby amenities I knew, they weren't disappointed. The studio was very clean when I arrived for check-in, I was pleasantly surprised by the calm and the setting that it offers. For a short stay or a quiet night "away" from the city, I recommend it. Very nice accommodation and very pleasant host!

We had a wonderful 4 nights stay at the flat. As a group of 8 with 4 young children, there was plenty of space for us all. Communication was great, always responsive and easy to check in. We spent 3 days in Disney, flat was perfectly located, only a 15minutes walk (although there is a bus if you prefer). Area was peaceful, with a lovely lake to walk around and handy for a local bakery, restaurants, shops and play park all within 5-10min walk. We would definitely stay again.

What a wonderful day we had! We went with the kids 2 days to Disney and a day to Paris and this place was a perfect home base. Bus 2234 will take you to the gates of Disney in 6 minutes. One-way trip costs 2 euros (1 euro for kids). We did arrive with our own car. You can just park this in the street. We are used to having to pay for parking everywhere, but that is not the case here. The apartment is super clean! With 2 adults and 2 children, you have everything you need. I will definitely save this house for next time!

The Ascension weekend went very well at Alix and Vincent's house. The person who manages check-ins and checkouts is very friendly. The description is as expected on site. The garden is large, great if you have young children. From Pargny Filain, we can visit Soissons and Laon. Pushing a little further, a visit to Reims is recommended. Otherwise right next to the house, you can walk around the lake, and go to Monampteuil to enjoy a very nice view.

We had an unforgettable 3 days. The cottage and its garden are a perfect combination for those looking for comfort and relaxation. Naïma did everything necessary to make us feel at home. The beds are comfortable, the cottage is well maintained, the indoor temperature is ideal. We will come back without hesitation, because 3 days is too little😄. Thanks Naima.

My last visit to the "City of Love" was from my school days. This visit was associated with many beautiful memories. So I was full of positive expectations. All of these were confirmed. Claude and her husband are perfect hosts who are very concerned and committed to the well-being of their respective guests. The location of this property was perfect for my needs, as it can quickly lead to the city center of Paris if you want, but on the other hand it has such a quiet and relaxing character that only local recreation areas or spa centers can offer. A perfect place to slow down and escape the sometimes stressful everyday life. Overall, this offer is also warmly suitable for long-term stays and highly recommended. I thank the two of you for helping to make my second visit to Paris an unforgettable experience.

A lovely house in a beautiful setting in the middle of the woods. Our kids loved the pond with boat. Juana and Eric live across the street so help if needed. Recommended.
