We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. It’s a walkable distance into town, local restaurants and the bus stops are just outside to take you to Disneyland or to the train station into Paris. Would highly recommend

The purpose of the stay was to go to Disneyland and visit Paris. Very satisfied with the choice and Michaël's advice was invaluable for both parking by car or getting around by public transport. I recommend it for families because the children loved all the toys available in the house. Everything is also close, restaurant, supermarket, Val d'Europe and of course Disneyland a few minutes' drive away.

We have not had such welcoming and helpful Airbnb hosts before! The accommodation was in a lovely garden seperate from the main house. We chose the location based on proximity to family, local shopping area and the RER with a quick link to central Paris.

This tiny but cozy and lovely flat in Pantin boasts an amazing terrace, providing valuable additional space. The small kitchen is fully equipped with essentials like salt, sugar, and coffee. The flat is clean and perfectly sufficient for a short stay. Conveniently located, it's just a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro and railway stations. You can enjoy a tasty morning baguette from the bakery right next door, and there are also several bars, shops, and cafes nearby. The area is quiet and uncrowded, offering a refreshing break from the hustle and bustle of Paris. Lucas is a fantastic host – very helpful, friendly, and communication with him was excellent throughout our stay.

2 nights in this lovely studio for my parents, they loved it! They could easily walk along the Ourcq Canal and the Gare du Vert Galant is just a stone's throw from the apartment. I made the reservation for them given the nearby amenities I knew, they weren't disappointed. The studio was very clean when I arrived for check-in, I was pleasantly surprised by the calm and the setting that it offers. For a short stay or a quiet night "away" from the city, I recommend it. We had a wonderful 4 nights stay at the flat. As a group of 8 with 4 young children, there was plenty of space for us all. Communication was great, always responsive and easy to check in. We spent 3 days in Disney, flat was perfectly located, only a 15minutes walk (although there is a bus if you prefer). Area was peaceful, with a lovely lake to walk around and handy for a local bakery, restaurants, shops and play park all within 5-10min walk. We would definitely stay again.

The Ascension weekend went very well at Alix and Vincent's house. The person who manages check-ins and checkouts is very friendly. The description is as expected on site. The garden is large, great if you have young children. From Pargny Filain, we can visit Soissons and Laon. Pushing a little further, a visit to Reims is recommended. Otherwise right next to the house, you can walk around the lake, and go to Monampteuil to enjoy a very nice view.

We had an unforgettable 3 days. The cottage and its garden are a perfect combination for those looking for comfort and relaxation. Naïma did everything necessary to make us feel at home. The beds are comfortable, the cottage is well maintained, the indoor temperature is ideal. We will come back without hesitation, because 3 days is too little😄. Thanks Naima.

My last visit to the "City of Love" was from my school days. This visit was associated with many beautiful memories. So I was full of positive expectations. All of these were confirmed. Claude and her husband are perfect hosts who are very concerned and committed to the well-being of their respective guests. The location of this property was perfect for my needs, as it can quickly lead to the city center of Paris if you want, but on the other hand it has such a quiet and relaxing character that only local recreation areas or spa centers can offer. A perfect place to slow down and escape the sometimes stressful everyday life. Overall, this offer is also warmly suitable for long-term stays and highly recommended. I thank the two of you for helping to make my second visit to Paris an unforgettable experience.

A lovely house in a beautiful setting in the middle of the woods. Our kids loved the pond with boat. Juana and Eric live across the street so help if needed. Recommended.
