A newly renovated A Frame located in the rolling hills of the New York State countryside. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably with one queen futon on the first floor and one RV sized queen bed on the second floor. Includes a Hot tub, fire pit area looking out into the woods and a patio sectional on the porch. Air Conditioning is provided as well as internet, a smart tv, board games, and a small Nintendo 64 with preloaded games. A beautiful view of the woods and a large field, nature is sure to amaze.

LOCATION…This stylish place to stay is perfect for families, golf outings, skiing / snow boarding / tubing, as we are close to peak n peek resort . We are very close to the snowmobile trails. Presque Isle downs casino , shopping and restaurants are only 4 miles away!! Erie Zoo is 6 miles away. Splash lagoon 4 miles away.Presque Isle state park and Waldameer Park are just a short 15 min drive away. If you are a wine lover head on over to North East to visit 1 of the many local wineries.
