A newly renovated A Frame located in the rolling hills of the New York State countryside. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably with one queen futon on the first floor and one RV sized queen bed on the second floor. Includes a Hot tub, fire pit area looking out into the woods and a patio sectional on the porch. Air Conditioning is provided as well as internet, a smart tv, board games, and a small Nintendo 64 with preloaded games. A beautiful view of the woods and a large field, nature is sure to amaze.

Our property affords off-street parking and a large back yard in a peaceful neighborhood. Erie Intn'l Airport is slightly less than 1 hr away, and Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Buffalo airports are within 2 hrs. Welcome to our little slice of heaven in my favorite area of the Allegheny National Forest (ANF). If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in the forest, Hearts Content is your spot! Outdoor enthusiasts of all kinds are welcome! Whether it be hiking, orienteering, mountain biking, hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, or cross country skiing, you can do it all from this location! During the winter, you will need AWD or 4WD as the cabin is located on a private lane not maintained by the township.

There is a large backyard with trails through the woods and around the field for guests to explore.

Newly furnished with a fenced in yard for pets(dogs), the cottage has room for 7 guests and off street parking for four vehicles. Only 2 blocks from Edinboro Lake in a highly walkable, bike-able setting. Take a walk or a bike ride and enjoy a beautiful sunset on the lake. Finish the evening with a cocktail at the firepit.
