The kitchen is full-equipped (washer-dryer, dishwasher, toaster, squeezer, microwave, boiler, coffee machine...) and it is open to the living room. It has also a high table and chairs. The living room is bright and spacious. It has a little balcony and window to enjoy the views. There is also a reading area with a rocking chair, a comfortable Italian designed sofa-bed (160cmx200cm) only available for kids under 15 years old and a dinning area. The tv is a Samsung Smart TV with satellite channels. There is a private fresh and clean bathroom with a shower, also a hair-dryer. The master bed room looks to the back street. It has a large window and a normal window. The bed is double sized (160cmx200cm) and there is a drawer cabinet and a clothes rack. All windows are new so they are perfectly isolated to avoid possible noise from the street. There is a travel cot and a high chair available upon request. It has a little balcony from where you will enjoy amazing views over the Palace and Cathedral. Views: The location in one of the widest streets in Old Town, allows our guests to enjoy privilege views over Almudaina Royal Palace and the top Cathedral providing brightness to all of our accommodation units.

This beautiful apartment on the first line of the sea has 3 double rooms, one of them with bathroom en suite. The other bathroom is located just down the hall. The kitchen (fully equipped) is open in the living room with views of the sea and promenade. Balcony / terrace and laundry area. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and in all rooms (hot and cold). . The only downside is that there are noisy bars nearby at night, especially in the summer.
