Vacation rentals with beach access in Campulongu

The view of the sea is beautiful. Anna was always attentive and Marino was also very attentive.

I loved my stay! The view is to die for and Andrea is an exceptional host. The apartment is located in a woodsy village that overlooks the sea. The large living room window was one of my favorite things and the proximity to the beach was the other. The apartment is basic but had everything I needed. There were beach chairs and an umbrella available for my use also. As a solo female traveler I always felt completely safe. The other people in the village were very welcoming and I never had parking issues. I highly recommended this accommodation.

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Stayed in Cagliari for the first time, half on vacation, half working, and Massimo’s place was the perfect home to do that in. It’s located just a couple blocks from the bus and train stations, while also only being just a couple blocks from the main city square. The view overlooking the tree lined park was relaxing and the apartment itself immediately felt like home. The WiFi worked great, even for video calls. As a solo female travel for this trip, I felt incredibly safe too. Plenty of people walking around in the evening, and the building itself was well secured. Massimo was a very organized and proactive host. The flexible self check in was especially appreciated. If I ever return to Cagliari, I would absolutely stay here again.

We’ve stayed in a lot of places, but our week at Claudia’s was something special. The apartment felt like home from the start — just 2 minutes from beautiful Solanas beach, and honestly more thoughtfully equipped than our own place! Claudia greeted us with an aperitivo and a stocked fridge for the next day, which was such a kind surprise. There were so many toys and baby items — our 10-month-old was in heaven and didn’t even manage to try everything. Claudia checked in regularly and even had sweet gifts for us (and our little one) at the end. Truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had — we’d love to come back!

Centrally located, great apartment to explore Cagliari

We had such a great time at this apartment. Very well equipped, way more than what we expected! Everything you need for a beach holiday, great beach equipment and all amenities were new! One of the best Airbnb’s we have been so far! Definitely recommend! 5min walk to the beach and to the bus station. Great communication with Taty, it was even possible to Check-in early and Check-out late as we had a late flight back. We will definitely come back!

We chose the apartment because of the description and the photos, our expectations were fully met. Luca and Taty welcomed us very kindly, even a small gift was prepared, a few drinks already in the fridge. long drive, I was looking forward to the cool beer and the sea view. You immediately feel at home. Towels were prepared, there are also sun loungers right on the water (so 3 meters in front). The location is very quiet, you can only hear the sea and a few birds. Wifi works well. A CAR is highly recommended for the location! Restaurants and supermarket are a few km away. Also, you should be good on foot, to the apartment (first row sea) you have to go down a few meters and the steps at some point also up again ;-) Luca was so nice and helped my wife with the suitcase right away upon arrival. Very attentive.

The location of the house is magnificent with an incredible ocean view. Seeing the sunset from the terrace is stunning. The rooms are simply furnished but comfortable, the bathrooms comfortable and renovated, the modern kitchen and very well equipped with everything you need. Cala Caterina beach is very quiet and practically exclusive, recommended for lounging, swimming or snorkelling. It is minutes from other wider and more beautiful beaches such as Porto Giunco, and also from Villa Simius with supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Roberto, the host of this beautiful place, was very friendly and helpful, from the first moment always attentive that we did not lack anything, really a personalized attention. We had a great vacation in this house, and it met all our expectations. We highly recommend it.

We had a great time in Vilasimius and enjoyed our stay here a lot. It’s a very nice apartment in a great location. Yet the apartment was a bit smaller than expected.

A very friendly assistant from Stefano & Mario welcomed us at check-in. Everything shown and all well explained. The location of the house is unique, exactly as described and visible in the photos. The view of the sea is wonderful and the beach access is really very close, at most 2 minutes on foot and you are on a beautiful beach. The beach does not offer restaurants, so take a picnic with you. The house itself is very nicely furnished, it has everything you need. We were there with 3 smaller children, you just had to be very careful that nothing breaks. It has many very nice and precious decoration in the house. During the stay, Stefano was always accessible, showed us valuable tips about the surroundings and excursion options. We would book the house again immediately. Thank you Stefano and team for having us as your guests!

Maurizio is very nice. He welcomed us and introduced the house and the beach. The place is very nice and close to a not crowded beach. And we like the dangerous cactus pear🤩.

This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Having a Villa so close to the beach was wonderful. It was a roomie two bedroom villa with a very nice patio.

The hosts are very lovely. The accommodation is wonderfully located above the bay. The bedrooms are very quiet and located at the back. The last 200 m to the accommodation is a bumpy road. You also have to be careful with some navigation systems (Waze) as the road is not displayed correctly. We felt very comfortable and highly recommend this accommodation.

This is an absolutely stunning airbnb situated in the lovely town of Torre Delle Stelle. Our check in was extremely easy, with Alice meeting us at a convenient time and showing us around. She was extremely kind and helpful throughout, offering (and even booking) local restaurants for us - which was lovely. The house itself is clean, well kept and air conditioned. The pool is lovely and warm, and kept clean with salt rather than chlorine. It is no more than a 3 min walk directly on to the beach, and only 10 min walk to some lovely restaurants and a bar/shop. We had a wonderful stay and I would strongly recommend if you are visiting Sardinia! Special thanks of course to Alice

Elena’s place was stunning. Hands down the BEST place I’ve ever stayed in. From the white sparkling interior, to insanely comfortable beds with white crisp linen to white marble bathrooms with excellent showers. Just a minute away from great cafe’s and restaurants. Marina was just 5-7 minutes away. Elena was extremely responsive too. I’m already planning my next stay at Elena’s stately retreat.

The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She knew we would be tired after the Chia run and, since she was nearby in Pula, she immediately called and offered to pick us up by car. She also kindly offered us a throw to use on the beach after we checked out, as we wanted to relax there until it was time to catch our bus. The bedroom doesn't have a heater, so it can feel colder compared to the living room. However, the location is fantastic—very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful spots. The walk along the Strada Romana toward Chia was absolutely amazing. Heads-up for travelers without a car: there’s no supermarket in Pinus Village. If you need any supplies, you’ll have to arrange a ride to Pula. Buses are there but the frequency is quite limited. ( use app “ DropTicket” to avoid paying more onboard ).

Paolo is a kind and discreet host. Clean and tidy house. The house is located in a quiet and comfortable area to reach the beautiful beaches of Villasimius.

The ALMAR condo in Poetto was exactly what we were looking for while staying in Cagliari. Immaculate living quarters and a great location for our stay. Daniela was a wonderful host who was very helpful snd friendly. Would absolutely stay at the condo again should we find ourselves back in Cagliari!

A well-equipped and clean apartment with a beautiful view of the sea. A helpful, courteous, and kind host, thoroughly explained and showed everything, was in touch before and during the stay. The place is very quiet, relaxing; a great base for trips by car to numerous, diverse beaches nearby and to explore the south of the island. There is also a beach available on site, although not as attractive as many others next door (access from a few minutes to half an hour by car). The only downside was the mattresses on the double bed in the bedroom, but it didn't affect your stay. Thank you and kind regards!

Silvia’s apartment was beautiful. Couple steps from Poetto beach and 15 min from the city center where all the restaurants are. If you’re staying in Cagliari this is the place to be.

we had a great stay and felt at home from the first minute. Super clean and very tastefully furnished apartment in prime location. A truly perfect accommodation right on the sea with beautiful sunsets! The vacation apartment is located in a kind of pure houses with many small apartments. When we were there in May, it was very quiet. The apartment is really perfectly equipped with everything, you only need to buy food and drinks if necessary. The only thing that is not 100 percent perfect is the swimming option, because you did not have a beach here, but can only get into the water between the stones. But it's also possible. Of course, it's even nicer to drive 10 minutes to the beautiful bays. Supermarket is 5 minutes by car. Unfortunately, there are very few restaurants and none within walking distance. But that didn't bother us, because it's a really fantastic place.
