Wow. Absolutely amazing place. Stayed here for 3 nights with 5 adults and 5 children. Home is large, spacious and complete luxury. Would highly recommend if you are looking to visit Cape Town, but stay slightly outside the main city

Pieter was a great host, he was respectful and very sweet. The house was amazing, views were great and you could find everything that you’re looking for. Definitely would recommend for people to stay here.

After an unexpected relocation from another accommodation, I was feeling quite anxious about finding something last minute. Lyneve came to the rescue and turned what could’ve been a stressful situation into a truly joyful experience. She immediately understood our circumstances and went out of her way to make us feel welcome — from helping us to drop our luggage, sharing local tips and recommending nearby events. She made us feel part of her community from the start. The house itself was absolutely perfect — clean, spacious, and set in a secure complex that gave us peace of mind. The design is incredibly thoughtful: cozy and intimate when you’re a small group, yet roomy enough to host more people comfortably. Lyneve is the kind of host that turns a house into a home away from home. I am so grateful to have found her and look forward to relying on her again whenever we return to Cape Town.

Ricardo's place was amazing - it looked like the photos and met all our expectations. It's walkable to the beach, restuarants, coffee shops and grocery stores. It is also close to one of the setups on the 'Hop-on Hop-off' bus tour. The sunset views from the balcony are stunning. Judith keeps the house meticulously and is friendly and helpful. she was there to meet us when we checked in, and was willing to let us drop our bags off early. All in all we and our friends really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Thank you

An exquisite garden and home filled with character and beautiful, carefully curated spots dotted around the property to enjoy quality time with family and friends. And Andreas is a very friendly, hospitable and responsive host. We will certainly be back to enjoy this special space.

A great place to stay in terms of comfort and location. Very private and peaceful and we worried about nothing!

The place is a work of art inside and outside. The view of Table mountain is breathtaking, both day and night. Tino is very kind, responsive and helpful. Can’t say enough good things about the stay.

Nothing short of stunning! The pictures certainly does not do this property justice. My wife and I with our 2 kids an had an absolutely fabulous stay. Our visitors were just in awe with the place. From the multiple seating areas and accopanying cosy fireplaces, to the lush green mini forest as a backdrop behind the warm pool, to the top of the range finishes, fully decorated kitchen, heated floors, close proximity trails and much more. A special thanks to Christopher who just knew what we needed when we needed it, although it was not expected. Everything was perfect and absolute value for money. We shall return, annually 🙂.

The property is ideal for families. We travelled with two teenagers and a ten year old and everyone had their own space they could retreat to. Very cosy home, lovely garden area with swimming pool, large kitchen and sitting area to enjoy time together as a family. It is an ideal setting to enjoy a truly relaxing, but also private holiday where we felt at home, safe and spoilt with beautiful surroundings at the same time. It is a calm neighborhood which allows for a good nights sleep. Easy walk to the city, Gardens shopping center and parks, good coffee shop and if you want to take a longer stretch also to the V&A waterfront . Truly an amazing location for your Cape Town stay. The place airs a homely atmosphere much different from many other AirBnBs and you can sense that the owners take great care and pride of the place. Super responsive hosts, often within minutes we got the answer we needed.

This Villa was absolutely amazing!!! It was as beautiful as the pictures. Great and safe location. Host Melanie was proactive in her communication, was there to greet us when we arrived, gave a tour and was very responsive anytime I reached out. I would definitely stay at this location on my next trip back to Cape Town.

Stephan's place was really amazing. Everything you needed was there. Jana, the property manager was there to let us in. She even handwrote us a postcard to welcome us, that was just that little extra that made everything really perfect. She also responded pretty quick to any message we have send her. 10/10 would recommend

We’ve just spent 4 weeks (4 adults 1 child and a baby) at the villa and it was the most amazing stay! The villa is in a perfect location and had absolutely everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Matthew the house manager was just the best! So helpful and kept the villa spotless throughout our stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

The villa is absolutely remarkable - the space is beautifully decorated and perfectly laid out. We thoroughly enjoyed moments on the patio as well as lounging by the fire inside, making for an overall memorable and intimate experience. Bibiana and her team are so lovely, the welcome basket was a sweet touch and their attention to detail is impeccable. They remained accessible and helpful throughout our stay, even assisting with washing and ironing at our request. We never felt more at home in an AirBnB and relished returning to the villa during the day for some much-needed R&R. I highly recommend booking with Bibiana - between her hospitality, the views, amazing location, and value for money, I can’t pinpoint the best part. Thank you Bibiana, Anastasia, and Sheron for such a wonderful stay, we’d love to come visit again soon ☺️

What a fabulous location! Could not have asked for better access to the beach and the majestic sunsets over the ocean on the West coast. The villa is spacious, modern and well appointed, and the hostess responsive to queries and requests. Would highly recommend

What a privilege to be able to stay in this very special place. It is spacious, private and absolutely beautiful. The views would be hard to beat anywhere in the world. The layout of the house is perfect and the linen and finishes all high quality. We were here in late summer and the house was the perfect beach escape. You can walk to the beach and to the Red Herring centre which has fantastic restaurants. There is so much to do in Noordhoek and Cape Town. The house might be a little cold in mid winter due to its position on the mountain and open plan nature.

Absolutely stunning in Bakoven, 270° view of the 12 apostles, the Atlantic ocean, and greenery surrounding the house. A perfect pool that’s deep enough to dip in and shallow enough to sit in with lots of towels. The home itself was very big and accommodating with responsive security. Drive to Camps Bay promenade in a 2-3 mins, Sea Point and CBD in 10 mins. Endless views and the privacy of the property and view is unparalleled. Floor to ceiling doors that open across the entire property. I will say, the home is a little bit more on the retro side with the way the lighting works, but most features are pretty well updated. However, with daily cleaning and responsive hosts, made the stay absolutely wonderful and they worked with us to get our 4AM road trip started upon departure!

We had a wonderful time in Camps Bay - mainly thanks to our great choice with this villa! We were a group of adults with kids and enjoyed every second of our stay. Jean Christine was super responsive and helpful, organizing an easy and flexibel handover for us. The villa is amazing with great views and location as well as absolutely spotlessly clean, thanks also to the very nice and kind lady cleaning the house regularly. We all can only recommend this place and would love to come back for a longer stay in the future!

This house was amazing, the views of the mountains and the ocean were incredible. There was a jungle gym for the kids to play in the back yard and a nice pool as well. The master bedroom is huge with the best views and a small private balcony. The host was very responsive and easy to deal with. Stoney, the maid on premise was one of the best parts of the stay. He would assist us with anything we needed. He cleaned, did the dishes, made the beds, and laundry. The house was in the best location with perfect views and complete peace and quiet but just a few minutes drive to the Main Street with all the bars and restaurants. Major plus as well was all the rooms in the house had air conditioning.

We had a great stay at Sanela’s place. The photos don’t do the view justice, it was truly spectacular. The whole place was beautiful in a great location for exploring the Camps Bay area.

What an amazing stay we had here - the house was immaculate and set amongst incredible scenery in Hout Bay; the location is secluded and has a wonderful outdoor area which we used as much as we could because we had fantastic weather, just perfect for relaxing and for our 9 year old to play in the pool. All bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless with lots of space and the house had everything for kitchen use and BBQ if you wanted to. Stefan was a great host, making everything clear and we felt welcome right from the get go. Lisa the neighbour is extremely friendly and helpful, as was Vuti who cleans the house regularly. I can’t recommend this house enough - we adored every minute where and we’re sorry to leave!

We were super happy with the apartment! Everything was just like in the pictures and very clean. Fantastic living room and great views from the balcony!

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The house is as pictured and we felt right at home. Kitchen is very well equipped, nice garden with a private pool and the beach nearby. Shirley was very easy to communicate with through text and even left us a cake as a welcome gift. Would recommend staying here!!
