On a private road, 200mt from the sea and nestled into the hills overlooking Moneglia, this cottage is ideal for a family of 3/4 (3 adults + a baby). The large terrace that opens to views of the sea is breathtaking. Situated away from town but close to the center of Moneglia, the home is the perfect place to relax in Liguria. There is free private parking in the driveway, wonderful natural light and high ceilings and windows that look out to the best vistas of the Mediterranean Sea in the area.

There were three of us - with a teenager - in Gian's apartment. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen well equipped. The view over Moneglia, into the countryside and to the sea is fantastic. You can hardly get enough. The way to the sea and the village is not far. Moneglia is quiet in the fall and not too touristy. Most restaurants are still open. There are many ways to discover the area by bike, on foot (hiking). You can also get around the coast very well by train (Cinque Terre, Sestri Levante, Levante, Genoa...) We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location, really 50 meters from the sea. Cool apartment, in summer, on hot days it must be great. Having a parking space available is a great thing given the scarcity of parking spaces. Overall, excellent.

Our stay at the Tigullio was very pleasant. The house is very nice and the sea view is wonderful. The house is certainly easier to reach by car, we were on foot and therefore bound by the bus schedules, which in any case respect what is written quite well. Giancarlo was very kind and quick in communication, the surprise of the focaccia in the morning was the icing on the cake. See you next time!

An oasis by the sea

Excellent experience with Federica and her apartment. Beautiful, very clean, with everything you need to start our stay. The owner was in every detail, the garden was very nice, we felt right at home. Very comfortable beds, spacious bathroom with everything you need and more. The kitchen was very well equipped, we had condiments, milk, coffee, tea and even fresh lemons from the house's plant. I recommend it without hesitation!!! The only drawback was that the access route to MONEGLIA is closed and we took a while to get there. Federica was very attentive and guided us in real time to get there without problems.
