This charming villa, built in 1800 and beautifully restored, is divided into two sections: the original 180m² and a newer 60m² addition.The original part features an entrance, dining room, living room, kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom.The newer section includes an entrance, living room, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with a bath and shower.Set on 5000m²of land with traditional Sicilian fruit trees, the property offers three terraces, a stone oven, a "ducchene,"and an indoor garden.

Our houses were built in the ’70s by Prince Paolo Sallier de La Tour and his wife Costanza, who created this little oasis of peace and relaxation in the place they loved. We have seven “dammusi”, as the stone-built houses typical of Pantelleria are called, each far enough from the others to ensure its own privacy and silence.

La costruzione risale alla fine dell'800 e conserva gli elementi strutturali autentici del periodo: tetti a volta, arco in pietra, alcova e mura larghe fino ad 1.2 metri per contrastare il caldo e mantenere fresco l'ambiente. Il paese si trova a 4km ed il punto mare più vicino è Campobello. È adatto a coppie ed amanti della tranquillità.

The dammuso Nicole is located in Kattibuale, 10/15 minutes from the center by public transport. The bus stop is a few meters from the dammuso, however it is advisable to rent a scooter/car. The Dammuso Nicole has: -1 double room -2 bathrooms - outdoor shower - barbecue.
