Our stay at the address was very quiet and Nadia was always ready to serve us. The house is very cozy and fresh, which was great as it was getting quite hot during our stay. The address is very close to the center of the city, we went and returned on foot whenever we needed, although there was no sidewalk on the street, it was very quiet. Great place for those looking for peace and quiet. We were greeted by the host of the house, the kitten Fubá, who was with us throughout our entire stay, very cute. It is not a place for those who do not like animals, besides the cat, we received visits from dogs, squirrels and many spiders, which was good, as there were almost no pernilongos. The only point of attention is the parking lot, we had a bit of difficulty in getting out with the car.

We loved the stay. It was me, my husband, my mother-in-law and my young children: 3-year-old and my newborn twins, so our goal was to enjoy ourselves with the children and not leave the property. Everything was excellent. My oldest loved the pool, the trampoline, swing, hammock, the space itself and the corner with table and chair + some toys they left for him. The twins also enjoyed nature and everything was clean and with an excellent structure. The pool was open and cleaned every morning. Despite the cold nights, the house was good for sleeping, my biggest concern was the babies. It is also worth mentioning the cornmeal cake that Heliane made, which was delicious. She was super welcoming and helped us at various times. We highly recommend the accommodation and hope to return.

We love the house, a haven in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were very well attended by Paulo and well attended by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super helpful and attentive. The house is cozy and you can feel the care in every detail. We had a wonderful time with friends and family, playing the piano and singing together, cooking and chatting while we prepared dinner... and the house, this unique environment, the way each space is presented, was certainly very important for this to happen in such a special way. A single negative observation is due to the noise that the refrigerator makes due to a maintenance problem that needs to be seen, which bothered us at night! Otherwise, everything was very good!

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with a great view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5-minute walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

The place is a delight, well organized, clean, with everything we need, with a bakery practically next door, market and pharmacy very close, we will definitely be back!

The house is extremely comfortable, meeting all expectations. Well-ventilated area, all rooms with bathrooms, pool area and lovely garden. Amauri is extremely kind, polite and super willing to help both with the care of the house and with recommendations for the city. Close to Hopi Hari too, which helped a lot! Whenever traveling with friends, a house will be the first option! Beautiful house, well maintained and the owners are wonderful and super well thought out and concerned. Excellent experience! From the moment I arrived until the farewell, everything was impeccable. The space is exactly as described—clean, comfortable and cozy, one of those places that make you feel at home right away. The location is perfect, very close to everything I needed, making my stay much easier. The parking spaces are tight, but the condominium guidelines for parking prevent one car from being next to the other, avoiding unwanted incidents. The grocery store in the basement is excellent and the acoustic door of the room is wonderful.

Best Airbnb I've ever stayed in! The apartment is more beautiful than in the photos, the location is excellent, close to the subway, next to the building there is a supermarket and a bakery, you can walk to the Dengo factory. José Roberto really is a super host, he met all our requests with great attention. I'm returning to São Paulo in October and I will definitely stay there again

Second time at Moisés' house. The space is wonderful. We enjoyed it a lot and we are already planning to return in the summer. The house is very well equipped and Moises is always available for any questions.

A quiet place for those who want peace and nature. It's just very cold, so bring extra clothes. I felt the lack of firewood in the fireplace. By the way, there are buses that pass nearby leaving from Mairiporã, Uber also arrives but it may take a while to accept.

We went in 4 couples and two children and the house served us very well. It is in a gated community, secure and at the very top of the condominium. But as it is all asphalt it is quiet to arrive. It is important to take everything because there is no market nearby, just a little convenience store at the beginning of the condominium. The house is very large, new TVs, new refrigerators, new stove. The house was clean, the grass cut, and the garden and pool lighting at night are quite beautiful. There are two houses on the same plot, one very close to the other what we think is great!! It had all the comfort we needed and Elvis welcomed us very well upon arrival!! Felipe tb was a great host. It's not close to the city but my family and I really liked the condominium and the house. I recommend!!
