Top-floor 2-bedroom flat on Via dei Tribunali, in the historical city centre, with elevator and AC. This newly renovated home features air conditioning in every room, a large King-sized bed in the master bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and another large double bedroom. The entrance table expands to seat four comfortably. There is a balcony, but you can climb up to the rooftop terrace for a breathtaking panorama of the Duomo, Basilica and Vesuvius, ideal for alfresco dinners.

In the evening, you can enjoy the cuisine in the various restaurants that distinguish our region. I also perform Reiki treatments and meditation not on-site.

Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.
