Very nice and calm location in a residential area with access control. The beach is within walking distance near enough to go down and return several times a day without getting annoyed when you forgot something in the villa. Most of the residents are Italian and therefore you can enjoy the Italian way of holiday. In the residential areas there is a restaurant (upper class) and an enclosed pizza bistro (for take away as well) and a small but well-sorted supermarket, which is open from Monday to Saturday 8:30 - 20:00 h, on Sunday the supermarket is open until 13:00 h. But the supermarket is not within carrying distance. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the supermarket, restaurant and pizza bistro.

I highly recommend taking a detour during your trip to Mariella and Antonio's if you have the chance. The place is splendid among the vineyards from where you can observe every night a magnificent sunset. The apartment perfectly matches the photos and meets all the criteria for a pleasant stay. In addition, the hosts are very friendly and at your disposal. It was really a crush on us! Another big thank you to our hosts for everything!

Lu Palazzu is a beautiful and authentic stazzo surrounded by the nature of Gallura. The house is simple but that's what makes it so pleasant. It offers everything you need for a wonderful vacation. We really enjoyed the tranquility of the place, the sea view and the sunsets. The large rooms and spacious garden were perfect for our children. Despite the high temperatures, the interior was always pleasantly cool thanks to the solid granite walls. The house was very clean and well equipped. Antonella is a very friendly and helpful hostess and was always ready to help. The location was perfect for us, quiet but still close to a number of beautiful beaches and the village. We'll definitely be back next time for a longer stay. I recommend Lu Palazzu to anyone looking for a quiet vacation in a real Gallura stazzu.

Located in a quiet holiday village, easy to find and plenty of parking space. We were well received and instructed how everything works. The place is very clean, it has everything you need and is very nicely maintained. You feel right at home and can relax superbly. Outdoor shower is also great, something different😊, if you don't like it there is also a shower in the house. The outdoor area is beautifully designed and with the green fence you feel sufficiently protected in your privacy. The host was always available, very friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend and would spend my vacation here again anytime!

Absolutely loved our recent stay (Girl’s getaway in May) in Costa Paradiso. Fabulous location for relaxed holiday. The views from the apt were absolutely stunning with fabulous sunset view. You definitely need a car to get around as quite far from the local shop. Apt was very clean, functional and private with plenty of room. We found the hosts very helpful and responsive throughout our visit. Totally recommend this apt and hopefully one day will make a return. Note the walk to rock pools below appeared very steep and overgrown so we did not make it down. Also lot of steps down to apt door. Also, waste disposal is in the local village. Enjoy!

UK family of 4 - We had a great week at Leo’s place, great responsive host and on site help Tiziana. Nice place, clean with good amenities, great Wi-Fi and air con and helpful to have a washing machine. Nice location - walkable to great beaches and restaurants and a small store, other lovely beaches a quick drive ie Rena Majore - all free beaches. Bigger supermarkets in St T and would recommend the Spar. Nice clean pool and bar/restaurant beside it just a few mins walk away, for use only by residents. Thanks Leo!

Felt like paradise. The house and the location is amazing and it even has a beach that is almost private to the house. It is perfect if you are looking for a calm stay where you can retreat, relax and reconnect with nature and with yourself. Would love to visit this wonderful place again one day. The host was also very friendly and the communication was very easy and fast. It was exactly what I wished for. I think this is my dogs new favorite place 😄 She was able to explore the area freely without me having to worry about her at all. The house is inside a condominium so we also felt very safe! It was perfect.

We felt at home from the moment Antonio greeted us with a selection of fine Sardinian sweets and drinks. He was always ready to help us if we contacted him during our stay. The view from the villa was breathtaking, and each day we waited in anticipation for the sunset over the beautiful waters of the Mediterranean. We enjoyed the local restaurants and day trip options at a leisurely pace. The kitchen was well-equipped, so we prepared some dinners on the stove and grill. We highly recommend this wonderful villa.
