Behind the house is a private garden with terrace. On the second floor are a bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 4 beds and a laundry room with washing machine.

Het huisje kent een eigen opgang. Beneden bevinden zich de keuken (geen vaatwasser), eettafel, zithoek met 2 fauteuils, TV en badkamer met douche en toilet. Gaan we via de houten wenteltrap naar boven kom je onder het puntdak alwaar een goed 2-persoonsbed en opbergruimte te vinden zijn. Welkom!

The house, completely renovated in 2020, is detached, has its own entrance, a small garden on the south with a cozy canopy. The cozy living room has French doors to the sunny terrace, an open kitchen with dishwasher and oven, one bedroom and a bathroom. There are 2 bicycles with gears for rent at the cottage.

The holiday house is located on the North Holland Canal. The house is not very quiet, but cozy and centrally located to Alkmaar, Bergen and Schoorl. Very suitable for girlfriend clubs, bicycle clubs and families, who do not want to be in a holiday park. The house has many original details, which makes it atmospheric and characteristic. The house is connected to the owner's home, but there is plenty of privacy and a spacious private garden.

In the winter it can be too cold to sit there only with the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bath and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer.
