Comfortable and quiet house where my husband Allan and I live. In your room there is closet, desk, heating and WiFi. In front of the room there is a bathroom for our guests. The house is surrounded by nature and shops. Privileged and safe area, which belongs to Alcorcón. Connected to the center of Madrid, 15 minutes by car. The train arrives at Atocha and metro line 10 arrives at Principe Pío in 20 minutes, both stations a 7-minute walk from the house. Before leaving, try a tea or coffee!

Great loft, fully-equipped. High speed 600MB WiFi. Ideal for homeworking! Very quiet and bright with outside terrace and nice views. With free parking in front of the building and several supermarkets, restaurants and bars next door. Thanks to the bus and subway, there is a very smooth, fast and easy connection to the city center. Official bike rental pickup point of "BiciMadrid" 100m from the apartment. It allows you to ride a bicycle through all of Madrid.

For legal reasons, it is necessary to ask guests for their ID or passport number upon arrival. Very small room, tiny window, like its price, monastic cell. Habitación acogedora para relajarte a solo 20 minutos en metro del centro de la ciudad, tan sólo 4 minutos del metro Lucero y aparcamiento fácil alrededor del piso, y muchos supermercados y restaurantes cerca...el piso está en la planta baja no se nesecita ascensor para llegar hasta la puerta ya que queda a pie de calle. Cuando llegues te recibiremos como si fuera tu casa mi esposa, mis 3 gatitos y yo.😄
