Independent access from the street to our group of CHAMBERI LIVING apartments, located on the second floor with private elevator, guarantees maximum comfort, independence and privacy. Features enjoyed by my guests: -The kitchen is fully equipped with the best quality appliances guaranteeing you everything you need to feel at home and cook your favorite dishes. With an open concept design, it integrates seamlessly with a spacious living room, through a bar with high stools. The room has spectacular windows as you bask in the warmth of the natural light that floods the space. During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The master bedroom will give you dreamy nights, with its comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. Other features you should consider: -The location is unbeatable. You have a map in our photos. Located in the coveted district of Chamberí. A few minutes walking distance from San Bernardo or Quevedo subway. A 20 minute walk from Gran Vía where musicals, theater, shopping... or 10 minutes from El Corte Inglés de Princesa. It is a 35 m² room designed for your comfort with everything you need to feel at home. The studio is about 35 meters, 600 meters from the EUGENIA DE MONTIJO metro station. You can reach the tourist center in 15 minutes. Access to the independent street without stairs. Ideal for couples, families, or groups of up to 3 people. In the same room you will find the living room, the bedroom and the kitchen. The bathroom has its privacy. We place a high priority on cleanliness and hygiene. It is very important to us that you find everything as if it were brand new. It's a relaxing space, with attention to detail and designed to be perfect for every occasion. To sleep and rest well, it has a double bed with a memory foam mattress and a sofa bed for 1 person. The sofa bed is a walk-in model, as shown in the pictures. You will have a clean set of sheets for each bed, as well as pillows, blankets, etc. The bathroom is super complete. You will find towel sets for each guest and a hydromassage shower. You don't need to pack gel, shampoo or conditioner in your suitcase, as we provide them along with a hairdryer. It is also equipped with a washing machine in case you need to use it, along with laundry supplies (clothesline, clothespins, and basin). There is a folding table next to the kitchen where up to 3 people can eat, and when you don't need it, you can put it away to create more space. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, such as a refrigerator, ceramic stove, coffee maker, microwave and, of course, all the necessary utensils. In short, it's the perfect place to come after a day in the capital. We try to create a harmony that helps you rest and feel right at home. We take care of every detail. We like to receive our guests and welcome them with all our senses. From a pleasant, clean smell when you enter, a harmonious and colorful image that invites you to stay, a chocolate bar to enjoy, easy information and instructions to avoid confusion, and breakfast so you don't have to rush out for a coffee on the first day. Choose a new, modern, renovated, super complete and pristine place. There are no common areas, as the accommodation is private for the people who occupy it. The home is located in a gated community/enclosed area. It has direct access from the street and independent. There are no ramps or stairs to climb. It does not have access from any entrance and does not require an elevator.

Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.
