Antônio was excellent! He took care of organizing and arranging everything in advance, super attentive and meticulous, informed details, monitored arrival, always attentive and helpful. He even stored luggage while we visited nearby cities. I highly recommend it!

Great Airbnb! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Madrid. It is located in the perfect area, everything is walking distance. The photos don’t do this place justice, it’s even nicer in person! Beautiful little apartment that’s very clean and the AC works great. I didn’t have to take any transportation except to the airport. And since it is in the middle of everything, there can be a lot of traffic so I do recommend you request your taxis via app 30 minutes before (it can take up to 10 mins to even get one).

As first time visitors to Madrid, I felt like Nuria’s place was close to everything we wanted to see and do. It’s close to the palace, Retiro park, Gran Via, etc… it’s also a few steps to the metro station if you want to venture further out of town(we did a day trip to Segovia). I would stay there again if I come back to Madrid.

Rocío's apartment is very comfortable. It is very well distributed and despite being a small space you do not feel cramped in it. It matches the listing photos, everything is very clean and all the elements work without a problem. The location is also good. Very quiet area within the neighborhood of Carabanchel and you can get to downtown Madrid very quickly from the Vista Alegre Station. Rocío is very friendly and attentive to everything going well during the stay.

We stayed at the accommodation for two nights and were very satisfied. Everything was exactly as seen in the photos. We were even able to get into the accommodation 3 hours earlier, which we greatly appreciated. The communication was very easy and fast. The hostess is very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend the accommodation.

If there was a rating above 5 we would have given it! The perfect apartment! Private pool and building pool, gym, parking, 2 superb terraces, all very well-equipped, finally a real quality Airbnb! Ramon gave us excellent addresses for lunch while waiting for the arrival time, was accommodating to let us leave a little later! We look forward to coming back soon

Excellent stay, very clean, very well-equipped, perfect air conditioning. Great location, very close to the subway. It met all expectations!! And Carmen is a very good host, she answered our questions very quickly, very loving and understanding.

Our experience was excellent. The property's condition, cleanliness, and location are perfect, with plenty of options for food, transportation, a gym, a pharmacy, a hair salon, and a market. Patricia and Miguel are wonderful. We will definitely return in the future.

The house is very close to Plaza Mayor, it is cool when it is already hot outside and it is very well equipped. The instructions received to access the house are very complete, there is free parking just a few minutes away and the recommendations about Chinchón and its surroundings, which they provide, are very much appreciated, and even more so that they allow you to stay with your pets. Highly recommended!!

Perfect place to stay in Madrid. Central location in a vibrant part of the city yet astonishingly quiet in the apartment itself. There is an abundance of nearby bars and restaurants and Alvaro recommended a list of the best. He was prompt and helpful in responding to any questions and he and his family could not have been kinder. The apartment is wonderful, spacious, light and with a lovely terrace shared with the lovely neighbours. Highly recommend.

Wonderful flat! Comfortable with lovely view of the street. Plenty of bedding and kitchen supplies. Amazing location close to public transit, cabs, restaurants, cafes, and all tourism sites. Amazingly quiet given how close to the action. Stepping onto the street was suddenly private. There are markets nearby for food and essentials. The host was not only incredibly kind and timely, but even flexible with check in. Highly recommend and would love to return!

This is an accesible place. The apt has a washer, kitchen, blow dryer and a/c. It is a few blocks away from Plaza Mayor and many other tourist places. Definitely recommend this place.
