The fully equipped apartment offers 60 square meters of living space, comprising a living-dining room, an open-plan kitchen, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It can accommodate up to four people, making it perfect for families, couples, and business trips. This stylish and well-designed apartment features high-speed Wi-Fi and climate control, including both air conditioning and heating. The living room includes a sofa, dining table, and Smart TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, ceramic hob, etc., plus a washing machine in the bathroom). The master bedroom, with ample wardrobes, features a 150x190 cm double bed. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed of the same size. There is another separate, spacious bathroom with a shower. The apartment is equipped with an iron and ironing board, toaster, hairdryer, and more, and comes with linens and towels. It is located on the first floor of a brand-new building with an elevator. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works. During your stay you have access to the entire home, so you can enjoy the entire apartment. You can use all the rooms and the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes. The home is delivered with bed linen and towels (one set for each guest). In the bathroom, you will find small bottles of hand soap, shampoo and shower gel for the first day. Finally, guests will have access to a web app that contains relevant information about the apartment, the house rules and certain useful services for travelers such as luggage storage or transfer service to the airport.

Dúplex acogedor y funcional ubicado en la calle General Ricardos, a pocos minutos a pie del emblemático Puente de Toledo. Descripción del espacio: Ubicación: Zona tranquila y residencial con excelente acceso al transporte público, supermercados, bares y todo tipo de servicios. Salón: Espacio cómodo con sofá, Smart TV, climatización por conductos (aire acondicionado y calefacción) y zona de comedor. La ventana cuentan con persianas domóticas que permiten controlar la entrada de luz con facilidad. El sofá no se hace cama. Cocina: Totalmente equipada con vitrocerámica, horno-microondas, campana extractora, lavavajillas, cafetera, nevera y utensilios esenciales. Se incluye un kit de bienvenida para la limpieza. Distribución de dormitorios: En la planta baja, habitación con cama doble de 1.50. No dispone de televisión ni escritorio. En la planta superior, hay 3 dormitorios, uno con cama doble de 1.35, y los otros dos con dos camas individuales cada uno. No tiene TV ni escritorio. Baño: Con ducha y set de amenities compuesto por 2 dispensadores de gel-champú y 2 rollos de papel higiénico. Importante: No se proporcionan alimentos ni productos básicos de cocina. Además, el edificio dispone de taquillas gratuitas para huéspedes, sujetas a disponibilidad. Son perfectas si llegáis antes de que el apartamento esté listo o si necesitáis dejar las maletas después del check-out. Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.
