To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

aunque solo nos pudimos quedar una noche nos hemos sentido como en casa. Pudimos viajar con nuestra perra y Pablo, sabiendo que llegábamos tarde, nos hizo el sofá cama. La zona tranquilisima y rodeada de verde. Ojalá poder repetir pronto!

Nos ha encantado la casa y la verdad que si en las fotos llama la atención, cuando llegas es todavía mejor. Un 10 para la casa y para los propietarios, que resolvieron todos nuestras dudas y nos han ayudado a recuperar una maleta que nos dejamos.

Hemos pasado un puente fenomenal. La casa increíble y los niños han disfrutado mucho del jardín y en especial de las gallinas. Lástima que el clima nos impidió usar la piscina que se veía espectacular. Recomiendo ampliamente quedarse aquí.

La Casa está muy cerca caminando de la Plaza Mayor, es fresca cuando fuera ya aprieta el calor y está muy bien equipada. Las instrucciones recibidas para acceder a la casa, son muy completas, hay un parking gratuito a sólo unos minutos y las recomendaciones sobre Chinchón y su entorno, que te proporcionan, se agradecen mucho, y más todavía que te permitan alojarte con tus mascotas. Muy Recomendable!!.

It was a pleasure to stay at Blanca‘s place. Close to public transport to get to the city centre and airport. We also highly appreciated that Blanca made it possible to adjust the Check-in and Check-out time. If I come to Madrid, this will be my place for sure !

Gorgeously designed interior space! It was brilliantly inspiring and inviting 💕💚🥰🌟 the location was perfect and a lovely walk to the botanical garden and museums - definitely recommend! ❣️

Hemos estado súper bien. Íbamos con un bebé y aunque no me expliqué bien con cómo íbamos a dormir, fueron muy amables y nos hicieron una cama extra. Estuvieron muy pendientes de todo, y fueron muy amables, sin duda el trato es fantástico. El sitio está genial, la terraza y la piscina son maravillosas. Volveríamos sin duda.

Alojamiento muy luminoso y cómodo. Ubicación tranquila y con parada del metro y supermercado cerca. Liuta muy amable y atenta con nosotros, repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

Grandioser Blick in die Ferne . Tolles Appartement. Super Ausstattung . Wir sind zum Bahnhof Alcobendas 30 min gelaufen um 30 min nach Madrid Sol rein zu fahren. Ein Uber fährt bis Bahnhof 5 min für 6 Euro. Sehr unkompliziert . Die Restaurants der Umgebung sind zu empfehlen . Gern wieder. Danke Alicia

Fantástico todo. El apartamento precioso, cómodo, buenas vistas, muy luminoso y muy bien ubicado. Posibilidad de parking en el mismo edificio. Nos dieron facilidad tanto en el cheking y en el chekout. Los anfitriones han estado pendientes y me han respondido en todo de inmediato. Volveremos a repetir seguro. Enhorabuena !!

Koko fue muy atenta en todo momento y siempre intentaba que estuviéramos lo mejor posible. La ubicación fantástica, hay un cercanías al lado y una parada de metro a 15 minutos. No tuvimos ningún problema en aparcar. Llegamos un poco antes de lo previsto y Koko fue muy atenta con nuestra llegada. El alojamiento era como en las fotos y todo está en el mismo espacio. En el baño, había tanto champú y mascarilla como gel. También había bastantes rollos de papel y estaba bastante limpio. En la cocina, había todos los utensilios necesarios para pasar unos días. Y por último, en el salón el sofá cama y la cama estaban limpias. Por decir algo, yo añadiría unas fundas para las almohadas del sofá cama. En conclusión, hemos estado muy agusto.

El apartamento está muy bien, lo recomendamos.

Ha sido genial, trato excepcional y muy amable. El piso perfecto y cómodo, con muchos comercios cerca como centro comercial, mercadona, aldi,... Sin duda volveríamos a repetir!!

This apartment is centrally located and is perfect for a family or two couples. It has a large sitting area with a very comfortable sofa with plenty of seating room. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The host is very responsive and friendly. There were a few things we needed during our stay and the host was quick to help us out. The only minor issue we had was that we needed to use our mobile phone to unlock the door when we first arrived (before we were able to use the key that he provided). I had poor cell coverage when we entered the building so at first it was difficult to get the front door open. After a few tries we were able to get it to work. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

This Airbnb was amazing. It was super clean, stylish, and somehow even better than the photos. Odette was an incredible host. She was very flexible with our late 2am check-in after our flight and had the place fully stocked with kitchen utensils, plus some food to get us started until we could go shopping. The location was perfect—very walkable, close to the metro, and surrounded by great restaurants and sights. After we checked in, Odette sent us a long list of recommendations, and we ended up visiting almost all of them and loved each one. She was also super responsive and kind when we accidentally got locked out, and she helped us right away. We had such a great stay and would absolutely come back.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is within walking distance of nearly every major spot in Madrid, yet the street feels private and peaceful — nights were quiet despite the central location. The space is spacious and full of character, with high vaulted ceilings, big windows, wooden floors, and a quirky, artsy decor which made it a lovely place for us and our kids. The communal areas had a great vibe, the kitchen was well equipped, and the whole place offered amazing value. Highly recommended — a unique and comfortable home base in the heart of the city!

The apt is a short walk to many of the best places (and tourist sites) in Madrid and very near the Metro. There are several restaurants within a 2- minute walk. But the thing I appreciate the most is finding an absolutely QUIET apartment. No nighttime noise. No loud garbage pick-up or noisy bar traffic. Absolute silence. El apartamento es céntrico. Se puede ir andando a casi todo y está a unos minutos del Metro para todo lo demás. Con restaurantes a dos minutos (o menos). Pero lo que más se aprecia es el silencio. En el centro de Madrid encontrar un apto sin ruido es difícil. El silencio nocturno era absoluto. Se duerme de maravilla.

A acomodação é muito bem localizada, próxima a estação de metrô (Uma caminhada de 10 minutos) está bem próxima do palácio real de Madrid. O apartamento é completo tem todos os itens para fazer um café da manhã e preparar pequenas refeições. O anfitrião deixou a nossa disposição cápsulas de café , açúcar e chá. Recomendo a todos essa acomodação.

Un apartamento acogedor y tranquilo, bueno para estancias en Madrid donde no quieres estar en el mogollón del centro

This is a beautiful apartment, well decorated and in a wonderful location right next to Retiro Park. We stayed for a month and were sad to leave. It is a short walk to everything you might need, bakeries, food markets, laundry, pharmacies, shops, and, of course, this being Madrid, excellent restaurants and neighborhood bars. The metro was just a block away, and bus stops right around the corner. Gabi, is a wonderful host. Attentive to all our needs and inquiries. She and her partner not only remodeled this apartment with great detail to make it functional, but decorated it in great taste. They are architects! Thank-you, Gabi. Hope we can come back soon!
