Close to La Spezia and the most beautiful coast in Italy and at the same time located on the edge of the National Park with fantastic hiking and cycling routes. The house is perfect for four people, but can possibly accommodate 2-3 extra (possibly children - in the loft and extra bed) Experience a piece of the real Italy, close to Florence, Genoa, Pisa or Lucca. The house is suitable for children, infants and there is free parking.

The city is car-free and quiet with narrow streets and a small church. Close to La Spezia and the most beautiful beaches. The city is on the edge of Cinque Terre National Park. There are many hiking and biking routes from Ponzó.

Cinque terre is one of the many beautiful Italian fields, absolutely worth a visit. Dogs are a little difficult to get around, as the five small villages are hard to get to by car, but the train runs often and accurately, and it's super clean. Dogs can be transported with a small surcharge and a muzzle. It is a good idea to start your excursions in Levanto instead of La Spezia, where parking is easier, the distance from Riccardo's house is roughly the same. The air conditioning will definitely be resolved by the owner soon. Unfortunately, there is no pool, but the houses where they are are much more expensive. Riccardo, his wife, sister, and brother-in-law are both nice people, it's important to them that the guest has a good time. Beautiful, wild garden, well-equipped house.

The host was flexible with check in time which was amazing. Their home was very clean. The balconies are gorgeous and we enjoyed our morning coffee while relaxing on it. The best part was the bed. Full linens, comfortable pillows and soft, plump bed along with a duvet. Probably the best sleep I had while visiting Italy. I would stay here again if I’m ever in the area and will recommend same to my friends and family.

I only have one word to say: AMAZING. About the place: We have the upper part of the accommodation. It's gigantic, two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a living room/kitchen with all the amenities you need. Very clean, no complaints. Centenary family home with a fantastic soul. About the owners: They are great, full of smiles, good humor, and in addition they speak French. They are inspiring and incredibly lively and welcoming. We felt like we were staying with our grandparents. Great and thoughtful, they don't miss an opportunity to please us and help us. She made us taste one of her anchovy/peppers preparations, it was a delight. We even got a little gift when we left. We didn't plan to come back but we'll be back just to see these fantastic people again. If you're looking for authenticity, book now! Thanks again Genni and Carlo!
