This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! Fantastic home in a beautiful neighborhood. Close proximity to Philadelphia sports venues, museums and Center City. The house was immaculately clean, spacious, and inviting. Evelyn is a wonderful host, we highly recommend her property!

I so enjoyed the quiet beauty of this hidden gem in the woods. From the moment I booked, Jen was a fabulous hostess, giving thought and care to ensure a positive experience. The home is beautiful, and I was happily surprised by the gorgeous holiday decor and cheer. Everything was just as described, and I couldn't have felt more at home. Having grown up nearby, I have no doubt this would be an oasis in the summer months, though even with ice on the lake, it offered peace and beauty. The beds were ridiculously comfortable, and the warmth of my host permeated the entire home. I recommend it to anyone seeking nature, beauty, and comfort.

Charles and Nancy are wonderful hosts. This is our second time staying here. They are very responsive and easy to communicate with, the house is exactly as it is advertised and very clean. The beds are comfortable. The location is perfect for us to get to the places we wanted to go. We will definitely stay here every time we visit NJ.

Rommel and Dovie were extremely helpful and proactive hosts! They messaged us with any and all information we may need before and throughout our stay. Never once did I have to reach out with questions because they had already given us the info! The space was perfect — clean, stocked with amenities and was great for my group. Check out also could not have been easy, with little for the guests to have to worry about. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The Unit was clean and just as advertised. The foam mattress was comfortable.

We’re enjoy staying in Michael’s apartment. Everything was as expected per Michael’s description. The place was clean, comfortable, affordable and in a great location!

J's place was spacious, bright and airy, 4 minute walk to the train that took us directly to City Hall-within a few minutes to Ritten House Sq. Fishtown has cute bars and restaurants in walking distance as well.

Angela was very helpful and active. Great space for small family was in the area for a wedding. Quiet area super clean home will definitely stay again

It was clean, comfortable, and has very few stairs which is not often the case in Philadelphia. We enjoyed our stay.

I enjoyed staying at William's place. Upon calling him, he was very friendly and responsive. He was able to assist with the check in process. The listing itself is very nice. It was clean and made me feel comfortable. Overall, I had a great experience!

We had a nice time at Andrea’s place . It was clean and close to public transportation which made it great to get to Philadelphia for a concert and not have to drive .

Seckou's place was clean and looked exactly like the pictures, in a great location, and was easy to find. Parking was also easy at 7PM on a Friday, and I was able to find a spot just a 2 minute walk from the building. Check in/out was easy. I'd stay here again!

Thank you Jen my family and I had a phenomenal weekend the place is better in person this will be our go too place when we visit Atlantic City I have 3 children ages 8,10 and 16 there was only one tv in the living room so I reach out to Jen she immediately had one delivered the next morning that’s what stood out the most a host who cares I thank you for your hospitality that was the cherry on top 😊

Great stay at a convenient location in between Wilmington and Philadelphia

Johnathan’s home truly felt like a home away from home. It was beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully put together. The view was lovely, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a great meal. Overall, my stay was blissful. I’d definitely return!

Danni's place offered a relaxing stay for my family of four (including toddler & infant). Her responsiveness before & during the trip was greatly appreciated, as were her clear instructions & city guide. The home offers up multiple places to congregate after a day of touring the city -- the rooftop in particular was lovely even if the weather didn't cooperate. The kitchen was functional and came with a nice welcome basket that my children loved. I also really appreciated the baby items -- gates for the staircases, all outlets covered, toys, a crib, pack n' play, and baby bath. These amenities made it an easy decision to forgo a hotel and made our packing a bit easier too! Fairmount is a walkable neighborhood with plenty of food & coffee options, as well as on-street parking. Hope to visit again soon!
