wow just wow.. we are absolutely in love with Quitandinha. We had an amazing time, we got to relax and spend time with our relatives that we haven't seen in 25 years so the place made it extra special. Dona Cida and seu Belchior, no words to describe them, we actually became friends and will definitely come back. I highly recommend this airbnb. Phill was very attentive and replied to my questions within minutes. Thank you Quitandinha for the best 6 days of my life.

Great experience from start to finish! Host Guilherme helped us by facilitating our check-in and checkout. With kindness and cordiality, he also gave us tips about the city and was available to answer our questions about the house! The atmosphere of the house, perfect! Everything properly arranged, organized and clean! We were in a group of 6 people and the house accommodated us very well! The architecture of the place delighted everyone in my group. It felt like we were in a movie house! Beautiful! The location is very good, close to the main avenue of Monte Verde. We are grateful, and we definitely want to return!

We loved our stay, we spent happy moments as a family in a clean, organized space and incredible privacy. Sissi and Flavio were always ready to respond and help, they are very proactive. I recommend the house for those who want to rest in the midst of nature and in a place with privacy.

The accommodation brought us peace, quiet and unforgettable moments. The view, the landscape, the horizon between leaves, trees, mountains, light, shadows, fog and a light and soft breeze, slightly cold, typical of the autumn period, communicated warmth, harmony and vitality of nature to our surroundings. The “sound” of silence and tranquility did us a great deal of good.

Our home experience was amazing. The house is an annex to the hosts' house, but we had a lot of privacy. Sérgio was very helpful and made us feel at ease. We arrived at dawn and had no problems with that. We were greeted with treats (wine, dulce de leche, cheese bread and a basket with towels and bathrobes.) The pool was extremely cold due to the rain, but we made the most of the hydro, which heats up to 40 degrees. There is a waterfall with a trail 10 minutes from the residence, you pay a fee of 10 reais to visit and enjoy an incredible trail along the banks of the waterfalls. In short, it was all wonderful. The accommodation is worth every cent.

Local exactly as in photos. If you're looking for a place to feel like you're in nature, this is perfect. The way is easy to access. Homero and Michelli are super proactive with the information. Everything is neat and clean. We didn't use the pool much, as it was cold, but the whirlpool is excellent. We highly recommend it!

First, the bad things: 1. The housekeeper was finishing the cleaning at 6:30 pm; 2. The suite outside the house needs renovation, there was moisture on the walls; 2. At 11:20 am, the housekeeper came to charge us for leaving the property, I almost died of fright; 3. Dirty bathroom mats. 4. Some pillows are stained, but 70% of them are clean. Good things: 1. The interior of the house is compatible with the photos; 2. Polite housewife; 3. House without the smell of mold; 4. Fireplace with good smoke flow; 5. We feel that the house is a home. 6. Fred is looking to make the house better every day for rent. 7. Very beautiful place with outdoor fun, and safe. We would be back.

Amazing apartment, it had everything we needed, we felt at home, extremely clean and fragrant place, several mirrors, we loved it. Charlene and Paulo were extremely attentive, welcomed us very well, gave us itineraries for tours and restaurants. They were always ready to help us. We will return more often for sure.

It was my first experience here on the site and it turned out to be the best possible! Norma was very friendly and always quick to respond. The appartment is new! Very easy to find and in a great location, very close to the center of Monte Verde. Nearby there are pharmacies, markets, restaurants and even the São Francisco church with masses on weekends in the June and July season. Check-in was very easy to do. The apartment is very clean, organized! It has a very good balcony for breakfast or even a glass of wine, enjoying the view. The kitchen next to the living room is also great, even having a fireplace. The room is very nice, a spacious and very comfortable bed. The air conditioning has hot air to withstand the coldest days and to enjoy the warmth under the covers. Very spacious and clean bathroom, with a hair dryer for women and even a wipe to clean makeup. Suggestion: a better shower, with more water. Plus, it was worth it! Note 10!

The apartment is perfect! You can see it's a real family home. I went with 2 friends and my puppy, we felt at home. Everything is very clean, easy to find, and organized. The shower is nice and warm, which is important on cold days. Extra blankets available and good closet space for us to feel at home. It is VERY close to the center, really about 5 minutes walking quietly. The concierge is very helpful and we had no difficulty with check-in/out. Thiago responded very quickly and was very kind. You can book with the certainty that it will be perfect! Just gratitude for these days of rest 💙🙏🏻

The apartment is large and comfortable. Very well furnished and clean, high-quality bed and bath linens. Mariana, even before the reservation, was kind and answered all questions, and also made the check-in time more flexible. The location is great, you don't need to take the car out of the garage to go to Capivari. One of the cars was parked in front of the building, as the area is quiet and safe.
