The chalet is located at Sitio no Pé da Serra, on the way to Monte Verde. An environment with lots of privacy and quiet. Those who arrive don't want to leave. The chalet has a hot tub, and the shower and all the faucets are heated by a gas heater. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a TV. Optionally, we have a breakfast basket with only items from Minas Gerais, and we have also created a romantic kit for unforgettable days. If you like fishing, the property has two lakes full of tilapia, with exclusive fishing for guests.

The fireplace has two faces (living room and dining room). In the outdoor area, there is a heated pool, next to a beautiful pergola surrounded by lots of greenery and privacy.

The Manticah cabin is 3 minutes from the tourist center of Monte Verde and also from the Pinheiro Velho Trail, which is one of the oldest in the city, where you will have the opportunity to see an Araucaria of approximately 500 years, with a diameter of 1.70 cm, that is, to embrace it, it takes 3 to 4 people at least (FREE trail).
