Located 5 km from the center of São Francisco Xavier, in the Santa Bárbara neighborhood, with STARLINK Wi-Fi for work. Access is excellent, allowing the traffic of any vehicle. You arrive in an area of 20,000 m², all surrounded by screens and with a private waterfall 50 meters from the house, an extensive garden, balconies with a privileged view of the mountains, a deck overlooking the waterfall and absolute tranquility.

Treehouse/Emboava Refuge

Located in Serra da Mantiqueira, in a strategic location for sightseeing and 9 km from São Bento Center. Our space has a full kitchen and a deck in the outdoor area. The land is all surrounded by a wire fence. Within the same site, there is a chalet and the main house (where the hosts live), but all independent and distant from each other, maintaining the privacy of each location. We DO NOT provide any meals.
