Middle drawer has extra hand towels, saran wrap and foil. Bottom drawer has main pots, saucepans etc. The two cabinets to the right have a rice cooker, toaster oven, etc. On the countertop you'll find a convection/ microwave oven. Please use the provided plastic splatter cover when using the microwave option. The coffee maker is to the right of this. LIVING /DINING - MODERN conveniences: 55 inch Smart TV, 1 small outdoor Bluetooth speaker, 1 indoor Bluetooth speaker, a charging station with multiple outlets, an international outlet converter, a wireless color printer, an emergency WiFi hot spot device, an Air Conditioner & wall controlled ceiling fans. DINING; Large oval dining table can accommodate 4 people comfortably. 2 matching chairs are located at the bedroom desk/ work station. LIVING SPACE; Cushioned sectional that easily converts to a double bed (accommodates 2 adults). Most nights my boyfriend and I like to leave it converted for extra comfort while watching tv. The bed extender easily pulls out from underneath the sofa. The chaise contains a mattress topper, linens, pillows and a quilt for your convenience. MASTER BEDROOM; Sleeping on this King sized bed is a plus after a long day at the beach and sightseeing. It has a medium firm mattress with a gel foam topper for just the right balance for most sleepers. The height is high but my 5 foot frame loves to feel lost in it. The room has an Air Conditioner & wall controlled ceiling fans. Two side tables and lamps are at either side of the bed for convenience and offer storage for reading books, etc. An alarm clock is provided with 2 integrated USB ports for easy phone charging. I personally like complete darkness.. which can be had if you open the windows and carefully slide the storm shutters closed from the inside. Just be careful with your fingers. Don't get them pinched! You also have the option of turning off the alarm display by pressing the designated button on the back of the clock. DRESSER; A large dresser along the wall has plenty of more storage space. Bottom right 2 drawers contain a gel topper and queen sized air mattress in case guests prefer it over the living room sectional sleeper. The remote control of the smart tv above the dresser is located in the left side dresser top drawer. CLOSET; The wall to wall mirrored closet contains a comprehensive closet system allowing for more storage space. I currently have some personal items in the bottom 2 drawers.. other than these, please use all the other empty drawers as needed. On the right side of the closet you will find a portable ironing board with iron, plenty of hangers and extra bedding, linens, etc. On the left side of the closet you will find all beach necessities from beach chairs to beach cooler, bath towels, beach towels and much more. WORK DESK/ MAKEUP STATION; Large desk facing the beach is a great work station or makeup station. Pens and note pads are located in the right drawer. you'll find extra paper here for the printer. Reminder: wireless printer is located in the living room. WORKOUT GEAR; At the foot of the bed you ll find 1 large and 1 medium storage chests. The large is for dirty towels. Medium chest is filled with home gym equipment including weights, ab roller, yoga mats, workout band's, etc. A set of heavier weights are either inside the chest or underneath the AC since these are extra heavy/ bulky. BATHROOM: Contains automatic dispensers of body wash and shampoo in the large stand up shower for your convenience. Extra toilet paper is under the sink. Freshly cleaned towels for all guests will be available. A bucket with a hair dryer, curling iron and flat iron is located under the sink. Any toiletries seen can be used at your discretion. BALCONY; 2 chairs and convertible table are located outside. 2 matching chairs are in living room for versatility and to accommodate 4 guests on the balcony. OUTDOOR GROUNDS; 2 community gazebos with built in grill/sink bbqs located outside front on the grounds. Outdoor Beach chairs surrounding the pools. RECAMARA PRINCIPAL; Dormir en esta cama de tamaño King es una ventaja después de un largo día en la playa y turismo. Tiene un colchón de firme medio con un topper de espuma de gel para el equilibrio justo para la mayoría de los durmientes. La altura es alta, pero mi marco de 5 pies le encanta sentirse perdido en ella. La habitación tiene un aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo con control de pared. Without a doubt, this is the best Airbnb my wife and I have ever stayed in—and we’ve stayed in quite a few. When we landed in Puerto Rico, the entire island was without power, but even in those challenging circumstances, our hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They provided candles, flashlights, batteries—everything we needed to turn the experience into a cozy little glamping adventure. The house itself is just a block from the beach, and not just any beach—a quiet, hidden gem mostly visited by locals. We met incredible people and felt like we truly got to experience the heart of Rincón. It was authentic, beautiful, and something we’ll never forget. We’re honestly so sad to be leaving, but we’re already dreaming about coming back. Our only concern? This Airbnb is going to get too popular and hard to book—so go while you still can. The secret is out!

Well...what can I say? Playa Delirio and Gabriel have received stunning reviews from us guests for a reason: both it and he are the real deal. Beautiful home on a wonderful property and ideal host, with nothing left wanting! My wife and four boys (in their 20s) stayed a full week, and we all loved the place. It is everything shown/described, and more! The property is super clean, modern, and composed of quality throughout, from the linens, mattresses, towels, furniture, appliances, accessories, etc., to the premium soaps/lotions provided in the bathrooms (so much liked that my sons immediately went out to buy them upon our return home!). A real plus: the condo is so spacious and has so many rooms (including outdoor areas) that we could be both all together or spread out and enjoying our own quiet individual time. And with direct access to a clean, safe beach yet close to the Rincon amenities, how could you do any better than Playa Delirio? You will NOT be disappointed!

We loved our time here! It is in a very quiet neighborhood. We loved seeing the ocean from the balcony. There was a private beach about a 2 minute walk. We didn't see any other person on the road or in the condo complex while we were there. The condo is very nice inside. Comfortable beds. Great shower. We loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. The condo had everything we needed. We loved the area so much we want to find our own condo to buy there! Thank you, James, for a great stay!

The apartment is beautiful and in a fantastic location right on the beach. The place is quiet, clean, safe, and cozy. Cheryl was a wonderful host from check-in to check-out. She made us feel at ease, showed us the surroundings, and gave us great recommendations for places to visit throughout our stay. Our stay was wonderful, and hearing the waves at any time is unique to this place.

Mikes place is beautiful. This was one of the most comfortable and well appointed Airbnb we had ever stayed in. This is not some corporation that manages dozens of places as this site has sadly become. This is their home that they have luckily decided to share. From the moment you step inside you can tell that the place is maintained with great pride, love and attention to detail. My wife loved the decorations and personal touches. The area has lots to do. Close to restaurants beaches and great recommendations by the host. If you are a surfer there is a ten page report on the local areas to go. Hot water is hot and the pressure was great (not common in PR). The beds was extremely comfortable. It was immaculately clean thanks to Roger who maintains the place, and had anything you could ever think of. Mike communicated clearly and always answered within minutes. A perfect stay. I would definitely stay here again . Don't hesitate book it right now.

This place has everything you can possibly need during your stay, it is at the end of a dead end street about 5 minutes walking distance from a beautifu beach where you can bathe, 10 minutes away from anything you can think of in Rincon. A hidden gem ❤️

This was one of my favorite stays. The house is beautiful and unique. The location is right on the beach and it was so amazing to have 24/7 access to an amazing beach. One morning we sat out front in the chairs and watched a group of manatees swimming not even 100 yards in front of us. The dinner table is outside and it was such a welcome change to sit in the beautiful weather as a family. Rincon is a great town with so many great restaurants and shops to explore. They provided a super clear and comprehensive digital welcome pack that went over everything we needed with great recommendations. We have a big family (7) and there was plenty of room for all of us. The beds were so cozy after spending a day in the sun with super cold ACs and being able to hear the ocean waves right outside the house. WE ALL LOVED OUR STAY! Highly recommend!

We had a beautiful and relaxing stay in Rincon. Every day we explored a different beach and came home to this gorgeous home and enjoyed the pool. Easy to get to everything the area had to offer. And the solar panels came in very handy during the island-wide blackout! Our hosts were very communicative throughout, making sure we had what we needed.

Cristina has an absolutely amazing property in an incredibly beautiful location. We had everything we needed right there in the house and then some. Everyone in my group agreed it was worth every single penny to enjoy a weekend in Rincón. Cristina as a host was also exceptional. Responded quickly when I was struggling to find the lockbox, and gave us easy and clear checkout instructions when it was unfortunately time to head out. 5 stars all the way through!

We always stay in Rincon every couple of months and concluded Ernest’s place is the best. Clean, comfy and cozy, everything as described and more. He is a great, responsive host always willing to help. He even left us two beach chairs and an umbrella without us asking. Definitely a super host and a great person. Will definitely return when we return to Rincon! 100/100 would DEFINITELY recommend. Thanks Ernest!

We found Dawn’s home last minute during an island blackout. The home was perfect as it has solar. It was also clean. Though it is a little tricky to find, following the instructions word-for-word got us there perfectly. I’m often in Rincón, and would definitely stay here again.

what a great experience! the unit was clean , organized, had everything we need the balcony and the sunset were awesome! it was a secluded place, I like how I spent alot of down time reading and reflecting also it's close to everything supermarkets,and they have a organic supermarket the coffee pot was also clean! most Airbnb has a old coffee pot that you don't even wanna touch ,this is one was clean ! my over all experience was well worth my money can't wait to be back in Puerto Rico!

This small but cozy apartment in the town of Rincón was an absolute gem. The view of the beach and the Caribbean Sea is simply breathtaking, and watching the sunset from the window was a magical experience every evening. The place had everything my partner and I needed: beach gear, TV, a comfortable lounging area, and a balcony overlooking a double pool with chairs, showers, gazebos, and restrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped, perfect for preparing our favorite meals together. Everything was comfortable, convenient, and thoughtfully arranged. You can really feel the care and attention from the host, Frank, and his team, who guided us every step of the way to make our stay smooth and memorable. Highly recommended! I would definitely love to stay here again.

This is a beautiful property that is very well organized. It’s a relatively small place, but it’s laid out well and seems bigger. There is plenty of storage for those planning to stay longer. The washer and dryer are also very convenient for anyone staying more than a week. The building and area are quiet. There is a small, clean beach a few blocks away and I walked the nearby track most mornings. Charlene was wonderfully responsive and proactive when an event beyond our control occurred. I’m grateful for her thoughtful kindness.

Thanks Taylor, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! This spot was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, and you can even hear the waves from the porch. The space was incredibly clean, cozy, and well-furnished with everything I needed to feel right at home. The bed was super comfortable, and the overall vibe was peaceful and relaxing.
