Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Caloundra West

I was so happy with my stay with my family and fur baby. It was everything I was hoping for with a peaceful and private setting. The provisions and welcoming was above expectations. The process and stay was so stress-free and straight-forward. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this stay or stay again. Thank you for a wonderful place!

Fantastic property in a beautiful spot. Only thing to note for future guests is that while the property is fully fenced, if you have smaller pets they may be able to fit through gaps in the fence so you need to keep an eye on them, especially the gate to the property which is on the main road as the yard isn’t fenced off from the driveway.

The property exceeded our expectations by far. Amazing value for what is presented highly recommended if travelling in the area with a family or pets. The children had a wonderful time in the pool while the adults supervised on the BBQ Sondra was very helpful and our stay was very enjoyable. Will be booking again in the future

We had the best time. Amazing space for kids they had lots of toys to play with even though it rained the whole time there was enough space and things to do it didn’t really matter. All of the attention to detail was so great. Thank you

We enjoyed our 6 nights at Anne & David's place. The house is beautiful, clean, homey and relaxing straight away. The kitchen is well stocked with any utensils or gear you might need to cook up a storm. Lots of local food options also available, and we got some delivered a few times. Plenty of space for 2 small families or 1 large. It was great to walk out the back gate onto the pathway and onto the beach. A lovely beach to walk along with our kids and 2 little dogs, or to soak up the sun and views and build sandcastles. Afternoon shade is provided in some places by the dune trees. Anne was an excellent host with great communication and a genuine desire to create the best holiday space possible. The beach cart, beach toys and boogy boards were greatly appreciated and used by the kids. The outdoor and BBQ area next to the pool was very relaxing, quiet and beautiful with the garden plants and array of seating. Thanks Anne & David.

We are AirBNB and Moffat Beach regulars and this was the best place we have ever stayed in. Very well decorated with a beach vibe style and a feeling of tranquillity, yet only 2 minutes from the beach on a Bank Holiday weekend. We were greeted in person on arrival with easter gifts and a bottle of champagne left for us. The toiletries were top end and the whole place was spotless. Yes we would stay again and we will do. My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and we absolutely loved it! Beautiful view of the ocean and a short walk down to the beach and local shops and restaurants. The room was immaculate and spacious and Alex was a friendly and helpful with the information provided. Would definitely recommend to others.

Pat’s place is in a great location, walking distance to King’s Beach and the local cafes and the surf club. The apartment is a good size and the rooftop is amazing. Pat provides lots of local recommendations and detailed instructions to assist. Communication was very easy and would recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay in Caloundra.

My family had a very relaxing stay at Andrew's apartment. It was very close to the beach and restaurants. The apartment was clean and tidy and the kids enjoyed the TV which had netflix. Andrew was a great host and responds very quickly to messages. I would stay here again if I come to Caloundra.

The apartment is in a great location - walking distance to the surf club and tavern, beach, park and cafes. It is very well equipped (especially loved the kids bowls/cups, DVDs and colouring in). Comfy beds/couches and lovely that we could see the ocean from the balcony. We had a great time and hope to visit again in the future!

It is so close to the beach, great coffee shop downstairs, the apartment is quiet, very clean and had everything necessary. It was perfect. Great location. Easy walk into Mooloolaba. Clean, fantastic views, great no hassle communication. Had everything that we needed for a short 3 day stay. Would definitely recommend.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. This apartment is in an amazing location with a fabulous pool, great for swimming laps and for kids. It’s a quick walk to the beach. I stayed for 2 months while visiting family nearby. Hank and Hailz are fabulous hosts, a real pleasure to deal with. I will stay here again.

Terry’s home was absolutely beautiful, very modern and stylish. We felt right at home and very comfortable. She went above and beyond in the things that she offered. The unit is very modern with automated smart home devices, comfortable beds and everything one could possibly need in a kitchen (even a treat in the freezer for my boys) and Devine coffee for us. Thank you so much Terry, we will most definitely be coming back.

We had the most wonderful stay at this lovely apartment during the Easter holidays! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was very comfortable for our whole family. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided — from a fully equipped kitchen to nice and clean linens. The location was perfect — peaceful yet conveniently right at Mooloolaba esplanade, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Communication with Gysbert was seamless; he was friendly and responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We left with such lovely memories and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend this gem of a place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

We have stayed at Maree's property several times in recent years. That speaks for itself. We are generally quite fussy where we stay but we always holiday when at Coolum Beach at Maree's Airbnb without hesitation. Thanks Maree.
