Amazing retreat in the Redwoods - the property is quiet, has beautiful views of the redwoods with both outdoor sun and shade spots, and has a cool interior. Pool was perfect for cooling off on a hot day. I would stay again! We stayed in May, and while the yard was mowed, it had a type of grass that was very prickly so not barefoot or dog friendly - so we weren’t fully able to enjoy the expansive yard space.

We cannot say enough about this place. The perfect wine-tasting weekend! Exceeded expectations all around. We will stay here again!

One of our best ABnB experiences. The unit is detached from the main house and the property is surrounded by redwoods. We felt like we were in our own private cabin off in some distant woods but were only a few minutes drive from the ocean, beaches and walking trails of The Sea Ranch property. The apartment kitchen was well equipped for cooking simple meals, the bedroom room had plenty of room to hang/store your clothes. The bathroom had a heated tile floor, a bidet and heated toilet and very spacious shower(no tub) with good water pressure. Note there is no seat in the shower and to access you must step over about a 4” rim. The king size bed provides nice firm support. If you need 24/7 reliable cellphone service, this is probably not the best unit for you. It may have been our provider(Tello) but the majority of the time we had a very weak or no signal even with WiFi turned on. Lastly, Robert and Jill were great hosts!

What a great find! The home was so cozy. Well equipped and decorated with attention to detail. The location was great. Nice quiet neighborhood. The backyard is a perfect paradise and my family of 6 were so happy to spend time just chilling in that beautiful fruit tree lined backyard. Highly recommend!!

10/10 I stayed here with my girlfriend and my dog and it was really peaceful and had a great time,the pool and jacuzzi was amazing and the house was really clean🙌🏽😄

I travel to Airbnbs often, and this is by far the best one! Sebastopol is an amazing town. We loved the hot tub and pool, and the house itself is incredible. The beds were super comfy, and everything was spotless and well maintained. We had a great time exploring Santa Rosa, Healdsburg, Napa Valley, Sonoma, and Bodega Bay. We even made a trip to Tomales to visit the Scream filming location—I’m a huge horror fan, so that was a highlight! The views of the vineyard and sky, both during the day and at night, were absolutely stunning. This place truly has it all, and we’re already planning to come back. We’re even considering purchasing property in Santa Rosa! A special bonus was the two sweet dogs, Bonnie and Dixie (I think those were their names)—such adorable and friendly dogs! Highly recommend this place!

Matthew’s home exceeded expectations and was incredibly cozy, private, spacious, clean, and spa-like. It was luxurious! It was very pet-friendly, I brought my Labrador with me and he loved lounging on the deck. The weather subsided (though I love the rain) all day Friday to allow for an entire day outdoors! The hot tub was clean and instructions were easy to follow. I loved that Matthew included local recommended spots to check out— I went to Russian River Brewing and Pacific Markets— both great spots with ample walking areas. The home decor is unique and has such character and charm without feeling like you’re stepping into “Magnolia Farms”— so far from it! There are beautiful works of art, antiques, classic and contemporary books; it’s lovely. Matthew is a responsive and kind, generous host. I found my stay tranquil and will be staying again as well as recommending to others! Matthew, thank you for providing a wonderful space for others to enjoy! All my best! Kaitlin & Buddy.

Casita in the trees is such a beautiful property, with amazing views. We enjoyed the pool and walks around the neighborhood. Melodie was quick at responding and super helpful with our questions. The pool was amazing and warm! We brought our dog and the dog kit was a perfect addition and made our dog feel welcomed! I highly recommend booking this listing and we’d be back soon!

A picturesque getaway! The property was so beautiful, the house was charming and laid out perfectly for multiple guests. We enjoyed every minute of our time in Sonoma. Highly recommend!

We had the best day at cloud 9. The place was immaculate and had cute little touches for our dog. They gave us a late check out on the holiday (without us asking), and we are able to really enjoy our Monday and not rush in the morning. The Jacuzzi was awesome, the bed was comfortable and all the amenities were great. The street was beautiful for walking and it was so peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely be back.

We have stayed at Nathan’s cottage several times and each time is absolutely incredible! The cottage is so comfortable and beautifully decorated, the surroundings are stunning, and Nathan is so wonderful to communicate with. You just feel surrounded by the nature and beauty of the area. We spent so much time being outside on the lovely deck just soaking up the ambience of the outdoors. It’s such a treat to visit time after time.

Absolutely Loved Our Stay at Rustic High Tide Cottage! This place is a dream for nature lovers! The location is perfect for hiking and kayaking—so much to explore right from the doorstep. Falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing beneath you is pure magic. We woke up to beautiful natural light streaming in every morning, and even got the occasional friendly moo from nearby cows—such a charming touch! The host was thoughtful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back!

We had the most incredible stay at Mama K’s! The property is absolutely stunning, nestled right on the Russian River with gorgeous views and a sense of peace that’s hard to describe. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely relaxed and at home. Also, the wildlife was great to watch out for! Many deer, birds (even eagles!) and foxes! The space was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed (lots of great updates!) with everything we needed. It was the perfect mix of comfort and charm, surrounded by nature’s beauty. Our dogs were in heaven! They loved exploring the property, lounging on the deck, and soaking up the fresh air. It’s not always easy to find a truly dog-friendly place that feels this special, but Mama K’s delivered on every level. We’re already planning our next visit. Thank you, Mama K, for sharing this magical place with us, we’ll definitely be back.

Linda’s home in Glen Ellen was perfect! We were minutes from some great wineries and walking distance into town (restaurants, grocery store, bar, etc). The house is so inviting, we spent time reading, relaxing, and enjoying the backyard. We’ll definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved staying at Rachel’s place. It was very neat and clean and Rachel is very quick to respond to any questions. It is such a lovely comfortable space and close to downtown with lots of great restaurants and shopping. Just can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed staying there. Would definitely stay there again and when any friends come to the area will recommend.

Bobby is an excellent host and his home is so wonderful! Clean, short walk to downtown, parking available… lots of pros. To top it off, Bobby is so wonderfully responsive and flexible and kind. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed at Erin's wine country cottage for a few days as our "home base" while in town for the Food & Wine Event. Their studio unit cottage was cozy, and welcoming. We ate out and didn't use kitchenette beyond making coffee, but I noticed that it looked well stocked! The bed was comfy, which made for good sleep at night. The cottage location is great as it's close to the freeway yet still in a quiet, rural setting next to a vineyard, and just about a mile or so from downtown (we walked to town every day). Erin (& Tom) are both exceptional hosts. They're friendly, helpful, and have great recommendations for restaurants & wineries. Can't forget Hurley the lab... he's super friendly too!

Such a beautiful location! We stayed for a bachelorette and the views did not disappoint! Very spacious house (great for us getting ready), the backyard was so peaceful. Definitely recommend!

We can’t say enough about this home. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. And has a breathtaking view. The courtyard is lovey with sweet succulents all around. It’s comfy and cute with all you need. Jesica is very response and even contacted us immediately when we left something behind. We have stayed twice now and hope to return again soon.

Our stay at the Eastside was nothing short of amazing! The space was incredible and had everything from great outdoor space to do a morning yoga class to the fantastic wine barn for night time gathering. The hosts were incredibly responsive and ensured that anything we needed was available while also immediately addressing any needs that came up. We definitely recommend the Eastside and hope to stay again!
