A mountain villa built more than 100 years ago , built on an imposing rock with a unique enveloping and breathtaking view over the sea to the city , Cascais and the mountain where it is located . The house has been recently renovated and enlarged with a modern and design building enjoying the view and surroundings . You can see from the top of the Serra de Sintra, to the Guincho to Cabo Espichel. Two steps from the footpaths of the Serra de Sintra and its monuments, and next to good restaurants , from cafes with good surroundings , the small village has a supermarket and pharmacy for its tranquility. Guests have at their disposal a house with 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen, fully private and access to a large garden with an infinity pool where they can enjoy the wonderful view. I live on the property and am available to share stories and information about the region. I love cycling and I know Serra like the back of my hand. I can share the secrets of the mountain and advise the best restaurants in the region. Malveira da Serra, a picturesque village near Cascais and Lisbon (20 min), with walking paths in the Serra de Sintra and its monuments. Guincho Beach and its wild dunes with its unique beauty, are a paradise for Surf/Kite-surf/Windsurf. I advise you to use your own car.

This typical fisherman's house, with 30m2, was rehabilitated in 2017, and now have: - Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, clothes and refrigerator, dining table and 2 chairs. - Living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, WI-FI. - WC with shower. - Mezzanine, with a access staircase, with double bed (160cmx180cm), writing desk and a charriot. Guests can access all areas except the storage area. Usually we will be present at the entrance and exit and available for any unforeseen situation. Stroll down to the water just a few steps away at the end of the road. Venture out and explore the neighbourhood filled with quaint houses, lovely restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Preferably walk as it your in the center of the village of Alcochete. Smoking is not allowed, nor bring pets. No parties or events allowed Children up to 1 year old for safety reasons, since there are no gates or doors on the stairs between the mezzanine / bedroom and the ground floor.

Really beautiful apartment with excellent outdoor areas. Worth noting that it is on the third story up a narrow staircase with no lift but if this isn’t a problem for you I’d highly recommend it!

It's close to the airport, in a very quiet neighborhood. The airplane route I think was esact on top of us, but I don't know how, but it didn't bother us at all, we slept very well. A slightly old misros, probably from the furniture, but the furniture is absolutely gorgeous. If you wake up, it's good. All in all, a very good experience.

This is the absolute best setting/location. It is part of a larger private property within a VERY short walk to Castelo dos mouros from which you can easily walk to palacio Nacional. Also a quick walk down the hill to amazing food and shops. My only complaint was the hot water was not enough to fill both tubs the morning of our departure, but I enjoyed a cold plunge with a view! Thanks for the hospitality Franco!

Our stay was great and nice. Quiet building, quiet neighborhood, the beautiful and quiet neighborhood, difficulty in Parking especially if you turn late. As for the apartment, magnificent, spacious, the colder it is a pity not to enjoy the street ( terrace)( bad weather). As for the excellent and ready host Always responded immediately and always kindly. Resumo we love to🥰 recommend

The stay exceeded our expectations, no doubt! The Hosts were super accessible, welcomed us super well, extremely welcoming, they were always available to us. The house is amazing, the space is huge and meets all the conditions, nothing was missing, on the contrary. It was truly a great stay, we can only thank Carlos and his family for their kindness. We recommend 100%!!
