Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

The 210-m² villa is built on a 1,000-m² plot with a 10 m x 5 m swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a summer kitchen, and an outdoor bathroom/WC. It consists of an entrance, a dining room, a large living room, a separate kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave, oven, large fridge-freezer, toaster, stove, washing machine), and then you access the sleeping area of the house. A hallway leads to 5 bedrooms with individual air conditioning and 2 bathrooms with toilet + 1 outdoor bathroom.

This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.
